Wow, just look at the reviews for this place. RUDE, disrespectful employees are mentioned everywhere and yet management chooses to keep them working there! We went to Panda about 2 months ago and one of the younger girls was incredibly rude, she gave us an eye roll and had the worst attitude! Then the older lady that works there came along and she also rolled her eyes at us and acted extremely annoyed for asking for something simple! We were not very happy with how we were treated but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to last night… the older lady was helping us again. We wanted to order walnut shrimp but there was only about 5-6 pieces left in the pan and absolutely no walnuts. It also looked old and soggy. We politely asked when fresh shrimp would be cooked and they the older lady said “8 minutes”. I told her that I would be okay with waiting to get fresh shrimp. She looked annoyed and rolled her eyes! They dished up the rest of our entrees and I went down the line. As I was checking out, the lady brings over a container with the shrimp I ordered and I thanked her. I had a weird feeling so I walked over to see if there was fresh shrimp out and there was. The older female employee assured me I got the fresh shrimp. As I went to my seat and opened my shrimp, you could clearly tell it was the old soggy shrimp with zero walnuts! I went up and showed the young girl working behind the counter my shrimp and she said “oh I’m sorry, I will get you fresh shrimp”. The older women just stood there behind her and stared at me! She knew exactly what she did! She deliberately gave us the old soggy shrimp when I had politely asked for fresh shrimp. I took both the old shrimp and new back to my table. Everyone was shocked. Just to be sure we taste tested and looked carefully at each box. Sure enough, she gave us the old shrimp on purpose!! I will be calling the manager and corporate about this location. They seriously need to look at hiring new employees. Their attitudes and disrespect are out of control! Please avoid going to this location!

Our group of 7 went into Panda Express and 4 of us ordered family meals to take home. They were very patient and kind. I believe her name was Madeline up front, something close to that name but not entirely sure, she was very kind and helpful and explained our orders to us when they got mixed up. Thank you Heber!

Went yesterday around six not only did the food not appear freshly made, i ordered 2 kids meals charged my card twice. Once it was like 10 dollars then held back my food to charge my card yet again and then gave mecrap like i added it at the end when i ordered 2 kid meals from the begining.. service sucked they made me feel as though i was interrupting them. Do better Panda.

You can't hate panda express, it is literally one of the best restaurants to ever be created! Orange chicken is like happiness in the edible form. And the chow mein (or however you spell it) is heavenly. That's all I can say, it is actually a miracle that this restaurant isn't packed all the time. Definitely choose this place or cafe rio for something to eat if you are hungry.
Kid-friendliness: I think a huge portion of the high school goes here for lunch, so it's obviously kid friendly.

Had to tell them my order 6x. It was still wrong and we were charged for food we did not receive. When I tried to tell them it was wrong and not what we ordered, they up -charged us for their mistakes. Food was old and soggy tasting. Super disappointed and we will probably go somewhere else from now on.

I like Panda food, for the most part. Sometimes the shrimp seems a little mushy and old. The people at the drive-thru have gotten a little difficult to understand and the manager didn't understand how to apply my discount. Sometimes they almost don't even honor my specific discount. It's an alumni discount and I payed over $70,000 for my discount and it took me about 5 years to earn my Panda discount. They're nice, for the most part. I still go back so I can get my fortune cookie.
Best Panda Express Location in the state. Fantastic service, Great portions, great value.
Just don’t turn into a location that counts out seven shrimps. It feels stingy.

If you get the bowl, the bowl will be full of rice with one scoop of the entree you decide to get. If you get two entrees the tray will be packed full of rice with one small scoop each of each entree. So yes the portions are way off and the majority of the money you spend there is going to rice, the cheapest part of the food they serve!!
