The carne asada fries are horrible. No flavor and skimpy for $15. Quesbairria tacos are average but skimpy compared to just about any other place. Expensive for what you get. Would not recommend unless they make some serious changes to their portions and prices.

The food here is quite good, but the service could use some improvement. It's a bit surprising that they expect a tip right after you place your order, especially since you're the one picking up your food, returning the tray, and disposing of your trash. While I'm fine with doing that, if they want a tip upfront, they should provide better service in return.
On a positive note, there are outdoor tables where you can enjoy your meal and chat with friends. The food is tasty, and the portion sizes are reasonable for the price. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to try Quesabirrias in the Heber area.

Quesabirrias is incredible and a must try if you’re in town. Order birria tacos or the quesabirrias, but get some consome soup to dip them in, I recommend a combo #2. The place is air conditioned and plays good Mexican music. Food comes with green and red salsas on the side that taste different than the ones you normally get at chain places.

Loved it here. The food was great. Service was fast. Their birria was flavorful and better than many others I’ve tried.

Best street tacos I’ve ever had. The grilled jalapeno and onion included on the side are a perfect addition!

Over all it was fine, very busy for being there at 2 PM. It was a little slow to get the food and there was not much seating. It was good food, my wife really like the tacos which she loved, I got the nachos and it was a little under whelming.

If you're looking for quesabirria, this obviously is the place. It's their name. So yeah, whether you want tacos or birria nachos or birria pizza, yeah, this is where you should go. The birria here has excellent flavor and their quesabirria tacos are about twice the size of most places. Check it out!

Best Birria in town, and there's a lot of options. If you're going to name your place after it, it better be good, and it is. The restaurant looks unassuming and simple but the food delivers. They also have a beer license and serve micheladas.

I tried this place twice and will not be returning the first time I ordered two quesobirria tacos with consume and I’m pretty sure the meat was pork not beef so I didn’t eat it. Beef is brown pork is light like chicken (Lower price of tacos if using cheaper meat)Today I got carne asada fries the meat was beef but there was barely any meat and a shit ton of cheese now don’t get me wrong I love cheese but there was more cheese then fries and meat I couldn’t even finish them… cheese fries are $6 carne asada fries are $15 so for a ten dollar price difference for not a lot of meat is weird.. so if you order these I suggest you ask for less cheese because there’s waaaaay to much.

A delicious hidden gem in Heber city!! I’m pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. The birria was soft, juicy, and flavorful. The consome wasn’t excessively greasy which is great!! Just the perfect amount for a good flavor. I got their quesabirria combo and it was perfectly filling. We also tried the charro beans and they were excellent!!
The restaurant itself could use a little tidying up in the lobby area, but I could see the workers trying their best at cleaning up/taking out trash while manning the register.
I really want to try their other menu items! Will probably return the next time I am in Heber.
Definitely recommend to check this place out, also, it’s open on Sundays!! It saved our starving family LOL.
