Idiots. Stood there in an empty Starbucks for 5 minutes before they came out from the back at 6:50am. Ordered a venti and got a grande but was charged for the most expensive drink. Asked for cream and they didn’t have it out yet. In fact it never came out either. It was like this Starbucks that didn’t want to be open. I go to a Starbucks almost everyday and this is the worst one in the main land USA. If you are visiting Heber City, UT. Just drink the crappy hotel coffee and keep driving past this place.

We stopped to get something on our way through and when approaching the counter there were 5 staff members, two of which were working at warming up sandwiches for drive through.Neither acknowledged me and said they would be with me until I asked if I was in the right area.One then said she would be right with me and then went back to warming sandwiches.After another time waiting, I finally said “Is there not someone available to take my order?” Then someone came from another area to the counter and took my order, not apologizing.My order was then done incorrectly and I had to wait for the right drink.Drive thru should not be a higher priority, there should be someone available to work the counter.

This is the second time I have a bad experience there. The first was when I asked for a pink drink and the lady already had an attitude. When she handed me the drink it looked like the milk had curdled. The second was when I asked for a caramel frap and I said no caffeine because it's for a child now I don't really waste my money there too often or work there so I wouldn't know that it's all syrups . While they were explaining the cashier/ barista was smirking the whole time. Anyway the drink was handed and as I predicted it tasted like heavy cream and milk. Never again go to the actual Starbucks near panda instead . They have better service

This location inside Smith's is the best one I have been to (and I drink a lot of Starbucks!). The whole team knows me by name and has no problem making my daily complicated drink that is not on the menu! Sandy (the lead) obviously does a great job with her team and every one of them is fantastic and kind. I purposely choose this location over the drive-thru location down the street due to their better customer service and the fact that they are always open when they are supposed to be. Do yourself a favor and choose this location if in the Heber area!

The slowest Starbucks ever. There were four or five people in the back and one poor girl was doing everything. I had one iced chai and it took 30 minutes. There were only two people in front of me. P go
