I really want to l like this place but the customer service is awful and the girl at the window just always seems to hate her job or can't stand actually serving customers. Not for the first time, our drinks were made completely wrong and if you even mention it to this employee, she gets snarky and rude, maybe they should replace her with someone that actually wants the job.

This morning 4/23/25 and the morning of 4/19/25 me and my mom both had separate experiences but both were very similar in the way we were treated. Whoever was running the drive through made our mornings start off on the wrong note. She was very demeaning , rude, in a hurry, and with my mom out right disrespectful! My mom likes everyone and the fact she was as upset as she was is super disheartening ! Usually we love this location but not any more. If they want to keep customers they should probably move this girl’s position so she doesn’t deal with customers anymore. I thought I was just taking things personal with my incident on 4/19. But now today it’s confirmed that employee is just rude!

i really love starbucks i get it all the time and the matcha is my favorite but lately it hasn’t been as good just because there have been lots of chunks of matcha and i hate how they taste in my mouth i wish they would do it how they did it before when they really mixed up the matcha good instead of leaving chunks

If I could give a zero, I would. The girls are so stuck up and they work like they are in reverse. I will NEVER go to ANY Starbucks again. Park City they are very nice and professional. Heber is awful.

We came into this location. At 6:00am for our regular morning coffee and bagel. We are from out of town but usually every Starbucks is very friendly and the customer service is spot on but not this one. Loud Rap music at 6am and we are the only ones in the place. Placed our order to get a 1/2 filled cup of hot chocolate and a barely toasted bagel and frozen butter. Asked to have the bagel toasted enough to try and melt the frozen butter and get a full hot chocolate and was treated as if we were asking for them to do something other than their job. Got the hot chocolate replaced but got the same bagel back w frozen butter along with the items just disgustingly put on the counter with out a call out. Sad to say the worst Starbucks experience. No excuse for rudeness.
I go here about once a week. The manager yells at you when taking your order. She didn’t hear me on the last item I was ordering and yelled again, I repeated myself, she yelled to pull forward, they only had 1/4 items i ordered put into the register, and i had to ask again for the tea i was trying to order. The cashier helping me said my order wasn’t put in, I asked if there was a manager on shift and she said it was the horrible employee (my words, not hers) yelling that wasn’t putting orders in, I said that was unfortunate and we left. I’ve had this experience with this employee/manager before, she yells at you what do you want, has zero customer service, and doesn’t put the orders in when taking them. Needs new management desperately, the other employees i’ve had help me are very friendly and efficient.
