Thanks to the guys who served me, they were very nice and the coffee was more than delicious, I loved it 100%. They made my son happy with that popsicle.

I ordered online to pickup in the drive thru and I guess I got there too quick…. I got a whole speech from the lady at the window about what a mobile order is and how I need to place it more in advance… she talked to me like I was dumb, it took longer for her to give me the whole speech on when I needed to place my order of literally 1 drink then it did for the drink to be ready and to be handed out the window. The whole experience made me super uncomfortable and it was super awkward…… I’m new to Heber and it was my first time at this location, won’t be coming back… I’ll stick to Dutch bros.

Workers are awesome! I've only been here three times. One time, everything was perfect. One time, the worker messed up my drink, but fixed it. One time, they were out of a lot of stuff. It's a hit or miss, but they make it right.

Apparently they're starving in this place. What's the point of ordering a large cup if they're going to give you a smaller product? I had to buy two cups to refill my first one. This is stupid. And then I asked for explanations and they couldn't tell me anything. The worst place And they still ask you for a tip.

This Starbucks is amazing. I moved here from Florida where I went to my local Starbucks everyday! This place is just as great and even exceeds in some areas. The staff are just wonderful (they remember your name if you come here enough times), they are hands down the fastest service I’ve ever experienced! They literally have your order ready by the time you get to the pick up window. I’ve been here so many times and their service is

Stopped here from out of town, not aware they were closing. Blonde with glasses rude and pushy to get us out the door. I ordered and my daughter and I went to use the restroom. Got my drinks while waiting for my daughter and our other daughter joined us as a meeting point. They made sure to tell us 3 times in 3 minutes that they were closed now. It was exactly on the minute when they started urging us out the door. My young daughter was in the bathroom and I was just waiting for her to finish. Rude. No manners. Terrible customer service.

I very rarely treat myself to a Starbucks like twice a year . I ordered a venti chai frappuccino with three pumps, white mocha, three pumps hazelnut and an extra shot of chai. I always pay extra for every pump this time I got it and it tastes like watered down icy milk with no flavor added but I still paid for yhe extra flavor. Ruined the whole experience And wasted money on something I could have gone home and put milk over ice to get the same result.

Horrible, awful experience. My daughter was called names because she didn’t do the mobile pick up correctly. She literally heard the employees calling her explicit names. I never go to this store because it is disgusting, dirty and the employees are surly and passive aggressive. Do not go there. Many other quality options in Heber.

50% of the time I go there, mobile orders take 20 minutes or more to get.
I really want to l like this place but the customer service is awful and the girl at the window just always seems to hate her job or can't stand actually serving customers. Not for the first time, our drinks were made completely wrong and if you even mention it to this employee, she gets snarky and rude, maybe they should replace her with someone that actually wants the job.

This morning 4/23/25 and the morning of 4/19/25 me and my mom both had separate experiences but both were very similar in the way we were treated. Whoever was running the drive through made our mornings start off on the wrong note. She was very demeaning , rude, in a hurry, and with my mom out right disrespectful! My mom likes everyone and the fact she was as upset as she was is super disheartening ! Usually we love this location but not any more. If they want to keep customers they should probably move this girl’s position so she doesn’t deal with customers anymore. I thought I was just taking things personal with my incident on 4/19. But now today it’s confirmed that employee is just rude!
i really love starbucks i get it all the time and the matcha is my favorite but lately it hasn’t been as good just because there have been lots of chunks of matcha and i hate how they taste in my mouth i wish they would do it how they did it before when they really mixed up the matcha good instead of leaving chunks
