The Pretzel Connection

Wunderbar! I ordered 2 dozen take and bake pretzels for our church’s Protestant Reformation party and they were a big hit. Perfectly chewy and salted. My friend from Wolfsburg said they tasted just like the ones in Germany. Meike was easy to work with, delivered with a smile, and promptly answered all my questions in person and via text. I will be ordering all my pretzels from her from here on out.

Plain and simple, Meike makes the best pretzels outside of Germany (and maybe even including Germany). You can taste the love in every bite, and it permeates your soul and leaves you feeling better than before! Also she is THE NICEST woman, always bringing a big smile and bubbly attitude to her patrons and staff. I could not recommend The Pretzel Connection more, and we should all thank the divine powers that be for bestowing Meike and her gifts upon us!!!

Absolutely amazing! Pretzel Connection blew us away with their incredible pretzels and stunning charcuterie grazing tables. The pretzels were soft, flavorful, and perfectly baked—everyone was raving about them! But the real showstopper was the grazing table: a beautifully curated spread that looked as good as it tasted. From artisanal cheeses and cured meats to fresh fruits and dips, every detail was thoughtfully arranged and delicious. The presentation was elegant and elevated our event in the best way. Highly recommend Pretzel Connection for any special occasion—you won’t be disappointed!

While in Heber, you must have a pretzel 🥨 at Pretzel Connection! These pretzels ‘hit different’ as the cool kids would say. They are a masterpiece of Meike's authentic German baking - perfectly golden, chewy inside with that distinctive crisp exterior, and the right amount of salz (salt) sprinkled on top. Meike also hand-makes each of her pretzel spreads from a chocolate hazelnut mousse to delicious mustard varieties.

What makes this place truly special is Meike and Bob, the skilled and kind duo creating these incredible pretzels. Their dedication to their craft is evident not only in the quality of their pretzels, but also in their warm hospitality. Despite preparing for a large catering order for an event, they welcomed me with genuine kindness and enthusiasm to let me taste their pretzels and spreads. It's amazing to think about how many pretzels they handcraft daily while maintaining such exceptional quality and service.

My visit to Pretzel Connection and getting to know Meike and Bob was, without a doubt, the highlight of my visit to Heber. They're wonderful people. 🌸

Their handmade pretzels and accompaniments are truly incredible. Meike does an amazing job with the whole process. Whether you’re in the mood for sweet or savory you truly can’t go wrong! Highly recommend!!

Best pretzels that I have ever eaten. The owner goes out of her way to make everything perfect. Have been at several functions where these pretzels were served and they all disappeared. The sweet and savory sauces are so good. Would highly recommend.
