The chicken was all super yummy. Serving sizes were really large which made it nice for the price point. Service was really great. My incredibly picky daughter’s sandwich was made slightly wrong, and they made her a new one no questions asked. That was so nice of them to do. I know food trucks margins aren’t huge, so that meant a lot. Gots were crispy and yummy!
Thanks for doing the Lord's work. The spicy chicken sandwich had the perfect amount of heat. Meat was a high quality cut that wasn't string. Perfect frying that didn't dry out the meat. Also I loved the little seating area. Pop off thigh guy.

First of all- Best chicken sandwich I’ve had in Utah. The past few years I’ve been on a personal quest to find good fried chicken here and I’ve only been met with disappointment and sadness.. That ended when Thigh Guy popped up. The flavors are dialed in perfectly and thank god someone is finally using chicken thighs on their sandwiches so I’m not just sitting there trying to shove a whole chicken breast in my face. Their motto is true- it’s just a really good chicken sandwich man.
Aside from the food itself, Chef Ryan is a pro. He has contributed largely to the growth of the food community here in Heber and lord knows we need it. Bring your family and friends for a quick delicious bite and let’s keep them in business.
