After my first visit to Twisted Sugar I hand wrote a break up letter to Crumbl! Amazing flavors and delicious drink choices! So happy that I didn't pay attention to the negative reviews! Handcrafted things take time! Thanks for being the best cookies in town!

Thought I would try your cookies, I was very disappointed! (Delivered)First the cookies were cold, like right out of the fridge cold. The chocolate chip, was the shape of a scoop, that was half cooked. It was like taking a bite of cold uncooked cookie dough. You could taste the uncooked sugar crystals.I was under the impression your cookies were baked fresh, sad to learn they are not .When I spoke to your employee, I was told that they were just 18 and worked there. Just love your customer service

On the way through town, we stopped for some food next door, and then picked up a dozen cookies for our friends. Never heard of Twisted Sugar before, so happy to give them a try. The store was cute and clean. Staff was friendly. The cookies in the display case were cute and colorful. Picked up a box of 12, with a mix of chocolate chip, the swizzle something or other (staff recommended), banana cream (also recommended), and crinkle. The cookies must have come out of the fridge because the box of cookies was chilled. Fine with me since we'd be driving for a little bit in a hot car.The cookies were not overly sweet, and some had a crumbly, shortbread texture to them. They were tasty, and everyone enjoyed them. I don't usually buy a ton of cookies (from all these different cookie companies), so not sure how the flavors compare to other shops. I found the variety to be nice...lots of different colors, flavors, and designs. Give a cookie or a box a try!

Visited this cafe as a tourist. The employee was very sweet and courteous. She recommended the chocolate crinkle cookie and the coconut raspberry lime cookie and they were so delicious and decadent. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Heber!

My drinks are always watered down and lacking any flavor. I’ve tried this place several times just thinking I ordered something mediocre, but it’s always the same. Super weird, not worth it.

Seriously one of the worse chocolate chip cookies I've ever had! It's not really even a cookie, it's more like a dried out piece of cookie dough. Bought 3 for about $10 and got 2 that were cold and crumbly and one that was barely warm and was just cookie dough. Ate about a third of the warm one and threw the rest in the trash. Thought it might be close to Chip down in Provo, not even remotely close. Don't waste your money here, you'd be better off going to Smith's and getting a bag of Chips Ahoy!
