Best tacos in Utah!

Amazing food! Had the Wagyu burrito and a couple different tacos and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. Generous portions of meat and the burrito was a favorite! They make it a little different- but love the way the outside is a perfectly crisp layer. Been there twice this week alone. Sometimes the food truck is in a parking lot across the street so look around if you need to. Leo will take good care of you!

The tacos were absolutely incredible and reasonably priced, much bigger than the usual taco truck. And the workers were SO nice! Cannot say enough about it. Muchas gracias Wasatch Wagyu :)

Their lamb and beef barbacoa are insanely good as well!!

The wagyu is from their family farm in Utah (was it Oaksville?) and the lamb for the barbacoa is locally sourced as well. Don’t miss it, it just drips of mouthwatering flavor and comes with what must be home made salsas. Didn’t ask about the sourcing of the cochinita pibil (slow cooked pork) but it was just perfect, with thin rounds of freshly sliced habanero (optional, if you are a weakling
