First off, I like Arctic Circle. But this location is by far the worst fast food experience I've had in a long time. The employees were yelling the whole time - jokingly at each other and forcefully at the customers. I don't expect a quiet peaceful ambience at a burger joint, but hearing the kids screaming "Shut Up" repeatedly was a bit over the top. When my order was ready, they screamed my name at the top of their lungs until I located them in the dining area. Then the employees went back to the counter to scream and yell at each other again. After our verbal assault while eating, we went back to the counter for an ice cream cone, only to be ignored while the employees joked and yelled for several minutes as we stood there - they did turn and stare at us periodically, somewhat acknowledging our presence, but making no effort to take out order. While I typically like Arctic Circle, be sure to avoid this location. It's the worst.

We just came in to get shakes. A worker walked in with absolutely NO SHOES ON. The worker walked into the back where they make food and came back out. I addressed the workers there and they didn’t seem to care.

I liked the food there I have a dog and they asked if my dog would like a kitty cone
The food was ok, served with good customer service. The bathroom was a little funky but can still do your service. Took kids here to eat and play.

I ordered a raspberry cheesecake milk shake. While eating it I bit into a huge piece of butterfinger. I am allergic to peanuts so I obviously couldn’t finish the shake and it made me incredibly sick.
I would highly recommend avoiding if you have any type of food allergy.

Over-priced and extremely rude service. Ordered a shake from the drive-through and I received a shake that had virtually no toppings - so essentially a cup of vanilla ice cream. When I returned to complain the blond kid in his twenties was extremely rude. For over $6 for a small shake with no toppings, you might as well drive down the street to Smith's and get a gallon of ice cream for the same price.
Closed 20 minutes early on a Saturday night.
