A worker just told me that the close at 9PM instead of 10PM as it is published in google maps because they start cleaning at 9PM. Sounds weird not honest and the real closing time should be adjust and post to the public.

My kids love this place! One of the only fast food places that still has a play place. My children really love the chicken rings and I don't mind their great price. I also love that the kids meals come with toys that are truly toys. I appreciate the awesome service I get when I come in :)

This place is amazing. The kids love it (for the ice cream honestly) staff is always nice, have had a few problems with the food but they have always made it right (mainly when their busy) overall good experience, we always see lots of students from schools meeing there for dinner!

The Best Arctic Circle I have ever eaten at, seriously! Their pastrami on the burger was so tender! The bun was so fresh. And dont get me started on the fries! Fresh, golden, and hot! Both times that I have been there!
I know it’s not a big deal, but we came here specifically because my daughter recieved a free ice cream coupon from school and was excited to use it. So we ordered nearly $40 worth of food, gave the employee the coupon and was still charged for the ice cream!! If you guys are going to hand those out at least actually honor them when people bring them in to use!

Shakes and ice cream are great. Food is just ok. The teenaged employees goofing off while the adults bust their humps to get orders out while it takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive through is painful to experience.
Ownership REALLY needs to invest in the customer experience. Another shake mixer would significantly cut down on the obvious bottleneck that creates the long wait.
The food here is decent — nothing special, but not terrible either. However, the real issue is the staff and cleanliness. On my recent visit, I saw employees vaping right by the entrance, sitting at customer tables, and even running through the lobby like it was a playground. I also witnessed staff eating food and then preparing more without washing their hands. One employee scratched his nose with gloved hands and continued making burgers without changing them, which is extremely unsanitary.
Overall, the restaurant does not appear clean or well-managed, and hygiene standards seem to be ignored. If you do decide to visit, I’d recommend sticking to the drive-thru — that seems to be their main focus. Every time we’ve come inside, we’ve waited at least 10 minutes just for a few shakes and fries.

Please provide courteous and efficient customer service. Waited over 10 minutes while at the payment window just to pay. The kid at the drive-thru window had an attitude about giving me the receipt. Please value customers and respect their time. Very disappointed in this Herriman Arctic Circle. The one on 7200 South and State Street is so much better.
