I stopped by with an unusual request and was blown away by the incredible service I received. It turned out to be the owner who helped me, and they went above and beyond to assist - truly a standout experience that you rarely find these days. The coffee and drinks are fantastic as well, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. My only suggestion would be to add more gluten-free options to the menu. Overall, this is exactly the kind of local business that deserves support. The combination of exceptional customer service, great products, and genuine hospitality makes this a must-visit spot. I'll definitely be back!

I ordered a iced coffee and a iced chai tea latte which was mid at best. I also wanted to order a breakfast burrito, however, they turned me away due to their ovens being turned off roughly 20 minutes prior to them closing.

Went there on 2/26 12:10-12:30pm. Made me repeat my order 3 times on drive thru and complete silence afterwards which made me leave without ordering. Kept saying don't understand or hear what I am saying. I repeated 3 times, I speak English fluently. The complete silences with no effort to communicate
after 3 repeat was insulting. Never had any issue with any other places to order just a regular latte!!! Never going back this place again,

Got 2 coffees one wasn't mixed the other one was not frozen and tasted like milk and straight expresso. We went back to get a new one and they still made us pay for a new one. When handing us our drinks for the first time the employee was sloppy and spilt some of it on me.

Don't come here! They will hand you a cup with a mangled cup causing the lid to pop off and spill all over you in the car, ruining your seat and clothes! How hard is it to check the cup before using it for a customer to take in their car?! NEVER coming here again. Don't tip these incompetent people!

Came in to do some school work. Girls barely acknowledged me. Then spent the entire time listening to them shout and giggle with each other, and some dude (I assume the manager?) sat there in the lobby shouting about random stuff. Be respectful of your customers and the space maybe?
