Got 2 coffees one wasn't mixed the other one was not frozen and tasted like milk and straight expresso. We went back to get a new one and they still made us pay for a new one. When handing us our drinks for the first time the employee was sloppy and spilt some of it on me.

Don't come here! They will hand you a cup with a mangled cup causing the lid to pop off and spill all over you in the car, ruining your seat and clothes! How hard is it to check the cup before using it for a customer to take in their car?! NEVER coming here again. Don't tip these incompetent people!

Came in to do some school work. Girls barely acknowledged me. Then spent the entire time listening to them shout and giggle with each other, and some dude (I assume the manager?) sat there in the lobby shouting about random stuff. Be respectful of your customers and the space maybe?

The best Beans & Brews location! Staff are super friendly. I absolutely love their breakfast sandwiches, and their frappuccinos put Starbucks to shame. They are so creamy and good. Best whipped cream too!

Not at all what I ordered.Ordered the caramel cold brew with cream.It’s disappointing to get the wrong coffee order.You’re tired in the morning and look forward to that cup of Joe.Should have got a receipt. Had too much faith in them to assume they got it right.So frustrating.This location is like 80% never correct.I’m not sure why I think it will be any different any time I go. It’s the nearest one to my house but sadly they are not good. It’s like they just take orders without actually listening.
