I went through drive through. The points for my $7 drink never came through. I drove back and asked them for a reprint of receipt. They wouldn't reprint w code. I wish w customer service, they would have reprint bar code. The app won't let a receipt double scan.Instead of an app. Why not use a phone number to track rewards?
