The food is on par with Cafe Rio, the employees are super nice and helpful and the restaurant is typically very clean. We eat here a lot for work and enjoy it.

I used Cafe Rio catering for my sons college graduation luncheon. What a hit! Super easy from start to finish. Online ordering was a breeze! I picked up from the District location in South Jordan Utah they had everything ready for me bagged and organized beautifully AND they helped me carry it all out to my car! The food tasted amazing! We had everything we ordered there was plenty of food for everyone to have numerous plates and we still had leftovers. I will be ordering catering from Cafe Rio again in the future and I recommend others to do so! So easy and stress free and everyone loves Cafe Rio!

Online orders here are rough. Waited 20 minutes longer than expected done time. Yet I had to microwave my bowl as it was ice cold. This isn’t a first occasion. Location is lacking leadership.

The employees working here are the most incompetent people working. I have ordered food twice. Tonight was almost $100 and they only delivered half of the order. What a joke food was cold. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

Never order online here! Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I ordered online went to pick up at the time and waited an hour past when I was supposed to get my food.
There were so many online orders that people were waiting for that you couldn’t even get to the counter.

We order take out here pretty regularly, on my last three visits I have been disappointed.

1st visit: ordered two burritos and both of them came with the wrong beans.

2nd visit: ordered the same two burritos, and one of them had the wrong beans. Noticed this after waiting 30+ minutes after the promised time on the order.

3rd visit: ordered the same two burritos, and one of them had the wrong beans. Noticed this after waiting 30+ minutes after the promised time on the order. Also ordered chips and queso this time, but the queso wasn’t originally in the bag. Had to wait another 5 minutes to get someone attention and let them know it was missing. Got home and the queso had a terrible taste and was basically not edible. Waste of $6.50.

I would steer clear of this location unless you have a lot of extra time to wait and enjoy eating things that you didn’t order.

I don’t write reviews ever but I ordered my food for pick up at 5:40 and waited an hour for my food. I watched as other people went through the line getting their food and waited. It was probably the worst experience I have had at any restaurant.

Placed an order via the app and got it delivered literally a few minutes ago. Got some quesadillas, a burrito and a salad. Good was cold, but not the end of the world. However, when I was eating my salad, a freaking bug crawled out of it.

It was an earwig. Sure, not the worse bug in the world but still, makes you lose your appetite after having a few bites. It was a good sized little sucker too. Obviously, no one else wanted to eat. Called Cafe rio and complained about how the food was spoiled and I had a bug in it. You'd think they go out of their way to refund us. All they offered was to refund and non-apologetic. No empathy. I get it, they probably get calls or the bug got on there by accident, etc. Whatever the case, you and I still pay for a product and it was wasted.

We got takeout from cafe Rio twice in the last month, which is rare because eating at restaurants isn’t always in our budget. Both times I ordered chips and queso and paid for extra queso so that we could have leftovers. This location doesn’t fill their 8oz queso containers even halfway full. Complete rip off. This time I was curious how much I actually got in each container and it was less than 4oz. I’m not wasting my money at a restaurant when they won’t even give me what I paid for.

Online pick up was 50 minutes behind. No line management no real updates for people. Door dashers come in and stand in front of the counter thinking they will get served quicker. Blocking the line for dine in.

Great that it's busy food is good but they NEED to figure out pick up at this location.

Ordered online pickup multiple times and there is always something wrong with the order. This time it easily could have been someone else’s order because it was so wrong. Whatever you do, don’t bother paying for extra meat. You’ll still have to dig around to see if you actually got any or not. Dining in is probably better since you can actually make sure they get it right.
