Stopped by today and found out this location is closing down...sad. Food was always great and the staff was exceptional and friendly.

More evening/night employees need to be hired at this location!!! When I went last night around 9:30 I noticed that all the lights were off even though there was a line at the drive-through and they still had over a hour until their closing time. I pulled into the drive-through and when it was my turn to order no one said anything for several minutes. When someone finally did, he sounded stressed and told me that there was going to be a 15-20 minute wait because there were only two employees working the whole restaurant! I said, “oh, okay.”, planning to wait, but in a frustrated and dismissive tone he said, “have a good night.” It seemed like he was trying to get us to leave, but there were already 3 cars behind me in line at that point. Carl’s Jr is one of my favorite burger joints! But it wasn’t fair to these two employees to have to manage the entire restaurant alone!

Okay, I wish I remembered his name, but there’s this super buff guy working at Carl’s Jr and he was AWESOME. Seriously, from the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, fast, and had great energy. He made the whole experience fun and welcoming like, you could tell he actually cared about doing a good job.

If management sees this please give him a raise or something because he deserves it. Great vibes, great service, and definitely made my trip to Carl’s Jr way better than expected.

They never have anything in stock no fry sauce no sauces. Every time I try to ask for a breaded chicken they never have it in stock even for some appetizers. They always don’t have it in stock even milkshakes they refuse to make them. They’re always getting my order wrong And last time I went there I ordered waffle fries, and got plain fries and the dude working there had a complete meltdown and crashed out started yelling and throwing things made a whole mess and all I asked for was waffle fries been giving the store multiple chances but they seem like they really don’t care at this location. I would recommend not ever coming here.

I had a terrible experience at Carl’s Jr. on Friday at 6:30 PM, and it was all due to the cashier. A man with a bun was working the register, and his attitude was appalling. From the moment I stepped up to place my order, he acted like I was inconveniencing him by simply being there. He barely greeted me, didn’t make eye contact, and seemed utterly uninterested in helping.

When I asked a question about one of the menu items, he sighed loudly and responded in a tone that felt dismissive and rude. It’s as if basic customer service was too much to expect. To make matters worse, he messed up my order entirely, and when I brought it to his attention, he didn’t apologize or try to fix it properly. Instead, he just handed me the correct item without saying a word and gave off a vibe like he couldn’t care less.

The lack of professionalism and courtesy from this employee ruined my experience. If this is the kind of service Carl’s Jr. allows, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon. I strongly suggest retraining this staff member, as he clearly doesn’t understand how to treat customers.

Id give this zero stars if I could. The purple haird manager who took our order on two separate days, screwed up the orders and took no accountability when confronted.
She was extremely unprofessional and rude for zero reason. The burgers were wrong (missing items) and burned and she argued that she made them herself and how they were fresh and that we cant speak to her manager.
We will never be going back.
