The tequeños are very good, but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!
Well I don't know how to start, I'm a lover of Venezuelan food and more than anything we maracuchos call it junk food but this business offended my palate by saying in their menu that they sell salchiqueso con queso de mano, well it's a total lie is mozzarella cheese and incidentally they placed it on the grill all dirty but they think they can deceive the customer they placed the cheese with the black part of the dirty part of the grill for the bottom part 8 dollars a bread that really is not useful for nothing cold bread and the fried sausage what a disaster.. I ordered a salchipapas with lomito well that's what they also deceive the customer that's what the menu says and that I get a vulgar grilled meat and in the process super dry toast badaaaaaaaa super badaaaaa and I give them a recommendation if they are already giving french fries why the hell do they put grated potatoes in it? I had more grated potatoes than french fries and they call them French fries hahaha so far so far from that I also ordered 2 patacones my god of shredded meat, shredded meat for sick people zerooooooooooo flavor nothing nothing if I could give half a star I would put them in corduroy because I am super surprised at how bad things are made ??? gentlemen for God's sake use lettuce the lettuce gives more color to the dishes at least they have color because of flavor are there to close that food truck 67 dollars lost

We arrived at 10:40pm and there were no tables and chairs set, we asked why and they told us that it had rained (it was no longer raining) I asked them if they could take them out so we could sit down to eat and that I could give them a napkin and they told me No because they were already tied up, I asked them what time they close, they told me 12 and I told them that there was more than an hour left to close but they still didn't give us chairs or tables, we had to order takeout because there was no other option …. The food is very delicious but the service is horrible.

The attention and service very bad :/. The only business where you cannot combine or modify the food are Venezuelan restaurants.
I think I am the customer, I am paying for a service, for a meal and I think it should be served to my liking ?

You know the food is going to be good when you are the only white person there.
... And it was both 100% authentic and FANTASTIC!
I got the pork and cheese arepa with a frescolita. The arepa itself was cooked perfectly and very crispy. The pork inside was so juicy, I had to go through at least 6 napkins just to finish it! Overall, the arepa was an experience like no other.
Frescolita is a Venezuelan soda similar to bubble gum or cream soda here in the states. It was a pleasant surprise, as I could taste the difference between the cane sugar typically used in Mesoamerican sodas, vs corn syrup typically used in commercial brand American sodas.
Well done Chamos! I will be back!
If you ever want to try a new cuisine, I cannot recommend Chamos Venezuelan highly enough!

Excellent place!!! Very nice atmosphere, quiet and delicious food. I recommend the cabimera, it is a large dish and super good. One of the things that I liked the most is that you can choose whether to eat your patacon with yellow or green plantains and for me it is a Super plus.
