This location has the worst customer service! Asked for sauce for mandoo and they gave such a sour attitude about it and didn’t even put it in the bag. Also they ran out of beef at 3pm. I’ll take the extra drive to the other location!

Amazing cupbop location. I’ve used them for catering as well and they’re always on time and reliable for accuracy on my order.

Great experience. Staff was wonderful. My husband ordered extra meat and the computer wouldn’t let them add it to our order. Instead of making an extra ticket, they just added the meat with no problem.
Quick to take care of us and made sure they got our order right.

everyone was nice and we enjoyed the food (-:
This was my 2nd time here. The first time, it was a great experience. The second time, my tofu was overcooked and there was hardly any sauce on my food items.

Not entirely unlike Korean food.
I don't get the hype over Cupbop. It's not terrible but it's not good either.
Obviously the menu was curated to suit American tastes, which is not wrong, just don't expect it to be as good as what you would find in Korea.
The fried chicken hardly resembles Korean fried chicken. True yangnyeom-chikin is just amazing.
The veggie bop had a mix of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini which seemed odd to me. I never once even saw cauliflower at the store in Korea, and this mix of vegetables just doesn't work. I wish the veggies were more like what you'd get in actual bibimbop.
Also, the noodles are too greasy for me. Maybe I would like Cupbop a little more if I got it with all rice instead? And they dump an insane amount of spicy mayo all over it like what you would find at a cheap sushi restaurant.
It's not this particular location that I dislike. I've tried Cupbop elsewhere more than once, and I've only ever almost liked it.

Purchased a combo bop and an ugly bop. The sauce was very little but what got me frustrated was the amount of chicken. For both bowls there was only four pieces of chicken. For pieces as big as popcorn chicken it's not worth price.

Got home and realized they messed up our mandoo order and only gave us 9 instead of 12. Also our 4 bowls didn't have much sauce and weren't as good as usual.

I love Cupbop, but it’s been about 6 years since I’ve been. It would be helpful to have all the protein options listed more clearly in one spot, but easy and straightforward, good food!
