I ordered 2 large pizzas today through the Domino’s app as a gift for my friend. Unfortunately, the order did not confirm, but my credit card was still charged. I called the shop, and they asked me to share the details so they could request a refund and suggested I try ordering again. When I tried a second time, I was charged again but still received no confirmation. This experience was very frustrating—not only was I unable to send the food to my friend, but I was also charged twice and got nothing in return.

asked for extra of a topping, didn’t get extra, i barely had any actually. 2 of my slices had barely any cheese as well, only sauce with specs of cheese. cinnamon bread twists also had like no cinnamon on them. i still ate my food and it was fine, but i was slightly disappointed.

The cinnamon twists were HOT. Like spicy buffalo hot they must’ve like used the same tray for the Cinnomon. as they did wings or something. All I know is it was terrible.

MOSES PROVIDED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! HE'S KIND AND GENEROUS HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE GOOD PEOPLE LIKE HIM.
After having ordered my pizzas a certain way dozens of times, I was told tonight by the manager that he refused to make it to my specifications. He said it was company policy not to put certain toppings and sauces together because they didn't want to send out a product that might not taste good. Excuse me?? If I'm ordering a pizza that way, it's because I THINK IT TASTES GOOD. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard from a restaurant. I will be posting my experience everywhere and telling all of my friends to avoid this horrible Dominos location. Every other Dominos has always happily made my pizzas the way that I ordered them.
Edit to add: As you can see, the owner responded below, 9 years later, and asked me to send them an email. However, they left no email address to contact them at. I'm sorry, but I cannot pull knowledge out of thin air.

Derick is absolutely amazing. My daughter has about 5 food allergies and is suffering while watching everyone eat good food around her. We usually call restaurants to get the ingredients list, and the customer service is terrible. They pretty much tell us they don't have time. Not only did Derick answer every question I had over the phone, he also texted me the ingredients list for the wings. He took the extra steps to make sure my daughter was safe. No other restaurant has done that. Thank you Derick.

We had a missing ingredient on one of our pizzas. The team there worked hard and efficiently to fix out pizza. They did such a good job! The pizza was delicious and the service was great!
