Einstein Bros. Bagels

We have an Einstein Bros. in our area, and while it’s not amazing, it is at least a little better than this location. Here, the bagels were served cold and not toasted. The cheese wasn’t even melted, which was surprising. Overall, the food felt like it was just thrown together with cold ingredients. In my opinion, it was pretty unappetizing. My wife thought it was “okay,” but for me this is a 2 out of 5 experience.

This place was good but lately they either don’t put all ingredients in our sandwich or they do not have coffee because they had just dumped it (it’s always been around noon). I don’t think they dump it, I think they just don’t want to make more.

my recent experience was so better thanks to Natalia. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect from the quality of the food to the overall service. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the visit a standout. You can tell she really cares about customers which made the whole experience super enjoyable.

Went thru the drive thru and could not order because there computers were down, but the morning manager was so nice and had given me a free bagel for the trouble. I have been going to this location since it open and I really like the manager she is very nice and welcoming

We arrived at 6:15am and their systems were down and we needed to pay in cash. Because we did that they gave us a deal on our order!! Awesome employees awesome place. Love the Herriman Einstein Bros!!

Second time in a row that I've sat by the drive-thru order sign for long enough that the line is gone in front of me and my order never gets taken, not even acknowledged. This is the second Einstein that I've had this issue with, no other companies struggle in this way.

Epic bagels

The picture says it all. This was supposed to be 2 Asiago bagels with a light plain smear. After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru as two IGITS in front of me order massive amounts of food. You know, the kind of order any reasonable person would call ahead and the. Go into the store, they run in my simple order. No drinks. No sides. Just two frickin’ bagels. It must have been the light smear that tossed them a curve ball. I would live to say this is a one off at this location, but after trying to get food here 5 times before, we have never had it be what we ordered in at least some minor way. #notahappycamper.
