The best coffee shop ever! I’m so happy it’s in Herriman. So many yummy drinks and lots of sugar free options.

Main complaint is. I used to come to this place multiple times a week. I get a matcha with light ice. Every time it would have way too much ice. I'd let the person know the next time over and over. Always more ice than light. So I stopped coming. Till today I really felt like a Macha with light ice. So I ask for light ice and I explain the senerio that happens every time I ask. And if they can make sure it's light ice. Was it light ice? No! So I go inside and ask what's there normal light ice amount. Half ice is light ice... lol ok... they charged me another dollar for light ice but I finally got what I wanted. Btw I started thinking as I'm writing this complaint I should have did no ice because of the up charge. But anyways that's my mistake. I think it's funny that today I'm finally explained why everything else was fine here. Thanks

Went in for National Coffee Day Special and apparently it was National Coffee day at this location yesterday!

It’s very own National Coffee Day!
This is text book, have a Special then figure out how to pay out the least amount. It’s no wonder they can’t keep locations open in UT. I will drive to Idaho before I support this location again!

They have good espresso.

Love my friendly neighborhood coffee shop! The menu is expansive and the staff is always ok with substitutions due to dietary restrictions. My favorite part is how authentic the girls always are they are always very kind and constantly coming up with new fun drinks. P.S. they have lollipops for kids and biscuits for dogs! Sometimes they write cute sayings on your lid which always makes my day brighter after hours and hours of working from home!

I keep giving Java Express that 3rd and 4th 2nd chance. They just can’t get it right though. Order even the slightest change from their menu gets you their version of what they think you want. I’ve decided it’s because most days the music is so loud in the drive thru that they can’t hear anything. Besides the fact that the music couldn’t be more inappropriate for a business. Last, if I want to see young girls half dressed, I’d go to a pool or beach. Not appropriate for a neighborhood business. Sorry guys we’ve tried to give you chances but not anymore.

Pay with cash. These people will charge your card twice if you don’t pay attention. Bad business and bad customer service.
