Our food was so disappointing tonight. The cheese on my cheeseburger was cold and not melted in the slightest, the entire burger was lukewarm at best. The fries were cold and dry. I live no more than 5 minutes away. So there’s no chance this all went cold just in that short drive home. For the price I expect much better quality. With all this being said, the last time we ate here it was so good. Time before that not so great but not as bad as this. I unfortunately don’t think we will be spending anymore money here.

When you charge $12 a shake, they better be perfect. I ordered a strawberry oreo shake, the entire top of the shake did not have any Oreos in it at all, and was so poorly mixed the entire center was vanilla. Th rest of the shake hardly has any Oreo in it. If you are going to charge $2 for and second flavor, you can’t forget to add the second flavor. My husbands shake was only slightly better. Very disappointed.

I freaking love this place! The kids menu varies from burgers to grilled cheese. Inexpensive and easy to find, plenty of parking staff are very friendly. One of my favorite parts is probably that they will bring your food to you. Love its location will definitely be back.
Parking: Near multiple other stores. So if you can't find parking near the building, there's still others around.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicapped parking spots. Dips in the sidewalk for wheelchairs to get to the door.

33 bucks for a hamburger, a sandwich, 2 medium drinks, and 2 onion rings. My pastrami sandwich was good, not worth the price tag, however, and my husband said the mushroom and Swiss was just ok. The onion rings, while good, were thin rings of onion. I couldn't taste onion, just the batter.

Food is great service was so slow that even though they were not busy. I had to take my food to go because though I had an hour lunch break, there still wasn't time left to eat my lunch before returning to work.

Always great burgers. Usually pretty good. I have a few really dry ones here and there but I always go back. Been there dozens of times now. Solid food. Fun sports bar sort of dining experience. Love them! Just very pricey. A burger, some cheese fries and a drink is nearly $20. So prices could be better….
