Placed an order for a single meal for dine in for lunch. There were only 3-4 tables of customers seated when I ordered, and whatever line was in the drive thru.
After 20 minutes I had not received my food so I checked at the counter where an employee looked back to the make line and said they were wrapping my order up at that time. I returned to my table and, foolishly, waited an additional 12 minutes for my food to be brought out. It never was. Total about 40 minutes wait for a cheeseburger and fries as additional customers behind me received their orders.
I told the cashier what had happened and requested a refund. There was no reason given as to why I never got my order or anything done to correct it outside of receiving the refund to my card. The cashier was kind enough but I don't believe the employee behind the pickup counter honestly tried to ensure I received my order. Apparently no one is keeping an eye on the tables with customers to ensure they've received a meal. Honestly the food is too expensive here to give this another chance.

Waited behind 3 cars in drive-thru for 27 min. When finally it was our turn, the fries were cold and the shakes melted. When I told the girl, she said Sorry….and shut the window. Super disappointed. Only ordered 2 shakes and 2 fries. Avoid!
Love the cheese fries. But I have noticed the large cheese fries price used to be $6.99. Now it's up too $7.49. And the dish they serve them in just a bit smaller now.
Had a very disappointing experience using thier curbside pick up. I called as instructed and they said they'd bring it right out. After 15 minutes I went inside to check the status. No less than 4 employees were standing around doing nothing. My food was on the counter and according to the receipt had been sitting for the full 15 minutes I had been waiting. I asked the employee if it had been sitting but he shrugged and said he'd just got there.
So I paid $60 for cold food. I have been to other locations and had good experiences but this location was laughably bad.

Today I went through the drive thru and it was a bit slow. I ordered a burger, fries, and shake. It was $26.49 which felt expensive. The burger was not cooked all the way thru and I only had a couple of bites and then I felt gross. The shake tasted spoiled and I had never had a shake that tasted spoiled before. I had my friend taste it and she also thought it tasted spoiled. I'm sad I spent that much money on food that was bad. I will not be coming here again.
