Waiting for an online order here is insane!!!!! I’ve seen so many other customers receive their food while mine is delayed. Definitely not worth the wait or the hassle. I used to like this place. I won’t return. The food is okay. The employees spend more time talking amongst themselves rather than helping the customers. It’s wild.

Got some fries that were HOT which is better than I can say for the provo location... and the shakes were good although they didnt get mixed at the bottom. But good experience at this location overall

They are more on the pricey side but they have the best burgers and fries. Our kids love their grilled cheese, and that says a lot because they are picky. It does take a while to get food but that's because they are making it as you order. We never ate inside, always went through the drive through.

We ordered a single shake here, with no one in line in front of us. After waiting 15 minutes I asked what the delay was, and how much longer it would be.
Employee responded that someone inside ordered 15 shakes and that they were making ours right then. After 10 more minutes of waiting I politely said that we had been there for 25 minutes and that we needed to leave and wanted our order refunded.
Completely incompetent customer service and operation. Also, stagger large orders? That’s pretty basic.

Food was good. They forgot my onion rings on my pickup order. Also said straws were in the bag and there were none.
We ordered a shake in the drive through. We were the only car there. We waited at the window 13-15 minutes while more cars arrived & piled up behind us. We could see 8-10 employees through the window having a good time chatting, rubbing each other’s shoulders, laughing, doing very little work. They never once looked out the drive-up window where we were waving & trying to get their attention. We thought about leaving out of frustration, and eventually honked multiple times before anyone noticed us. Then they were completely clueless about what we had ordered! The manager finally came, retook our order & after another wait gave us our shake with no apology. We left feeling irritated at the poor service & do NOT plan to return to that location! We were going to give them a score of 1 but have to admit the shake was pretty good so we gave a generous rating of 2!

I have gone to this JCW 3 different times since I have moved out near this location. I have tried 3x to go through the drive through.i have waited for over 10-15 before I end up pulling out and going somewhere else. I was there today to try it one more time and there was only 1 car at the drive through who was already at the window. I pulled up to wait. Again I sat there for about 15 min before I just left again. They are very slow and not worth the wait. Never recommend going to this location. Poor customer care and service!!!
