I had a DoorDash order from this store and they handed my food out to the wrong person, then when my dasher asked where it was. They said it was already given out and were not making the order again till i resubmitted the order through DoorDash again. I then called JCW’s and Grant the manager was rude and could not handle the situation. Very unhappy with them not confirming the dasher and getting disrespected when trying to figure out what was going on with my order.I hope Grant figures things out..

So, my car died in the line at the drive thru and the girls taking the orders and Trish were so helpful! I was pretty much about to just cry, but they all pulled together to figure out how to get me out of the way. Thanks to the gentleman and the two young boys that pushed my car!!! Things can not be done the way we order.There's things I asked, not to be put on is on it, and that stuff I asked for isn't here.Need to be conscious of the requests, allergies exist.Updating my review: The only issue I had today was a horrible smelling bathroom with broken toilets.
This is a good burger place. I like the choices. But they also have other items that I want to try.

Have eaten here maybe 15 times. It's pretty good. The problem is it is just way too expensive. Went there today and bought a chili cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, a large drink, and 3 ultimate fry sauce. $26???? Are you kidding? I can afford to eat there, but I can also eat far better places for $26 that aren't dishing out fast food. I understand the economy, but I still feel like that price is way too high.
