Two cars in front of me been in this drive through for 25 minutes in my 30 lunch break. Not freaky fast like othe JJ’s. Dude also said he couldn’t find my rewards account after two times. Just frustrating.

I live a few minutes away from this location and placed a delivery order just for the convenience of it. I ordered ONE sandwich and ONE drink and it took 40 minutes to say it was on the way and another 40 minutes for it to show up on my doorstep. If I had known it would’ve taken over an hour to receive one sandwich, I would’ve just gone to the store. It was very frustrating waiting that long for it, thought it was made correctly. A lot of the ice in my drink was melted, and I thought about refunding the order entirely, but could not figure out how to do it in the app.

Guess they don't have their own drivers anymore. Ordered 1 and a half hours ago. I called the store. They said it was picked up... only problem is they had closed the store, so different drivers have been messaging me to say they won't let them in to get the order. What a joke. The guy at herriman said he was refunding the money. Since he already lied and said it was on the way, im not feeling too positive about that. Won't be trusting these guys again.

When I ordered I plain ham and cheese sandwiches they gave me tomatoes and lettuce sandwiches 😕
Had food delivered and because I didn't tip online, they wouldn't follow my instructions to leave the food at the door because I had to sign for it like it's some valuable package. I ordered two sandwiches.... Let's get back to contactless delivery...

I frequent this jimmy johns due to the proximity to my house and have typically had a good experience. I ordered delivery a few nights ago and my order took about 45 mins to arrive even tho my house is not even a mile away and it was one sandwich. When the delivery did finally arrive I was out walking my dog and watched as the delivery driver sat at my porch with the food when I had I asked via the app that the food be left at the door. When I asked what he needed he told me that I needed to sign something. I told him this was very odd as I’ve never had to do this before. He handed me a receipt and was essentially demanding a tip. I usually tip via the app and maybe I forgot to hit the tip button. Either way it was very uncomfortable. I’m more than happy to tip delivery drivers, but with the delay in delivery with the store being so close, this interaction felt very demanding and uncomfortable. Probably won’t be ordering from here again.

Worst Jimmy John's experience ever. Sandwich is terrible, and went straight in the garbage. To top it off it took 2.5 HOURS to be delivered. Ridiculous!
