Worst Jimmy John's experience ever. Sandwich is terrible, and went straight in the garbage. To top it off it took 2.5 HOURS to be delivered. Ridiculous!

They are always fast and friendly. The store is always clean and the employees always wear gloves when making the sandwiches. Today I was helped by Mars and she did an awesome job!
Dietary restrictions: They will make a lettuce wrap if you are gluten free or low carb. This is a true lettuce wrap that tastes amazing and is easy to handle.

The restaurant has always been great but lately whether I go in or have food delivered, my order is consistently wrong. Either the wrong sandwich is sent, additional items are missing/added, and the quality of the veggies has been poor. Will need to take a break from JJ for now.

Make sure you use doordash if you're getting delivery, so when they mess up your order you can get a refund. They delivered me a sandwich with no meat and haven't been able to get my money back

Seriously 10/10 all around!! So cozy inside. Customer service is above and beyond, they are very chill and I ate EVERY last bite of the sandwich they made no joke. It was perfect and I have OCD haha! They even cut the middle out of the little pickles and it looked so cute. I don't normally leave reviews but I just had to for this place. Definitely recommend!

I used to be a regular at this location, but after the 1 hr wait for delivery for the 4th time, I'm just done. I don't know how many times the excuse "the drinks spilled" can be used ?

Quite literally the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Every time I think it will be different It’s not. Freaky fast should be changed to sloppy slow.

Placed an order of 6 giants (over $100 in food) and the woman there couldn’t offer a few paper plates. Felt stingy.
Took over an hour to get my food delivered. So much for freaky fast! I could have drove somewhere else got my food and ate it before they delivered it. Called the store and they didn’t seem to even care! This is not the first time either. But probably the last time I order from here.

The "freaky fast &fresh" is a lie. Went in and orderedr1 8" There was 1 carbin the drive thru. I sat for 8 minutes and asked if they were making my sandwich and was told there were 3 orders ahead of me. I was thebonly customer. So I guess their priorities are online orders? I need to see the food to order. Will not be going back ever. The girl explained they only have one person working Sundays and told me they were hiring

It's hard to rate my food when after an hour of placing my order, I have yet to receive it. Within minutes of placing the order, I received an email that the order was delivered. Nope. I called my local Jimmy John's, and was told that they were down 1 driver. Not my problem. I was then told that their driver was headed out the door with my order. That was a half hour ago. Still no order. This is not the first time this location has done this. It is however, the last time I ordered from them.
