The new kiosks to order are very frustrating, especially for someone who is a little bit older. The problem is there's no one behind the counter to help you. And no one pays attention to see if there's someone standing at the counter so you practically have to go out back into the kitchen to get anybody's attention. Then the same thing happens when the kids want to drink refill. You can no longer feel them. Yourself and the kids end up standing at the counter being completely ignored until I had to go up and again go part way in the kitchen to get anybody's attention. At the time we were there there was only one other pair in the dining room so it's not like they were busy and the dining room was a pigstyle dirty tables everywhere. I would not come back to this particular McDonald's but I'm guessing that except for the dirty dining room these issues plagued the entire chain

I waited for 15 minutes in curbside for my order and it was all cold! I called for them to make it right and the only way they would do anything is for me to bring back all the food, that everyone had already started eating. This is horrible customer service. We always have issues with our order at this location.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Placed a mobile order so that my son could go pick it up while I was at work. They told him it wasn’t there and they couldn’t find it, so I called the store. He told me they did not have my order even though I had the receipt and the order number, so I had to leave work to go all the way down there to prove that I purchased that order, once he gave me my order he told me that it was my phone‘s fault that they didn’t have my order??? I said “you’re blaming me for your error??” He said “Fix your phone lady” I was shocked! He was beyond rude and dismissive. I will never go here again. Who hires these people?!

Ordered a Big Mac meal…and this is what I got! I reached out online to the National office to share my experience. Filled out a survey, and never got a response. I’ve stopped going to McDonald’s. Better off going to In and Out up the street!

This place is an absolute dump. Not a single clean table, rude service and the food is overpriced. All of the garbage cans overflowing. Stay away from here the manager couldn't care less. Go to Chic Fil A instead.

My complain was I ask is this number taken so I can use on self serve the white guy didn't even bother to say anything just move the head. Im like im a customer so disappointed.
While the other guy who brought the food was nicer even smile
I have to come back and ask for my chicken nuggets because they forgot to put in my kids meal, again this guy i couldn read the name tag because he didn’t even bother to look at me, he was so rude the guy even talk about me with another co worker and even throw my food on the counter. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN TO THIS MS DONALD'S 😤 thanks to that guy. If he doesn’t get better he must be fired. This is a business.
In sooth, the fault be mine for darkening the door of this establishment, for I did willfully seek sustenance from the Golden Arches, a place of low repute even amongst the common folk. Yet even with expectations set to the mire, this place did confound me with its depths of mediocrity.
The meat patty, cold as a winter’s morn, did sit limp upon its stale bread as if it had long since given up hope. The potatoes, once fair and crisp, now lay before me in a state of rubbery decay, their spirit departed. The tea I did request ne’er arrived, and when I inquired of it, the young knave behind the counter did fix me with a gaze most vacant, as though my words were but the breeze.
And lo, the drink vessel I was given could not be replenished, for the servants of this house did refuse to grant even a simple refill, forcing me to stand and beg like a peasant at the gates of a miser’s manor.
Verily, I departed this place of sorrow with purse lighter and spirit wearied, reminded that even in my folly, I must live with the consequence of choosing McDonald’s.
Go not to this place, lest you desire to taste regret upon your tongue.
