They need to hire more people, I waited an hour to get my order. When i got it the fries were old and hard and the chicken tenders were under cooked.

We place a large mobile order and when I went to get it at the designated time, it was not ready. I proceeded to wait about 20 minutes while the two workers went back and forth on who was going to put it together, while one continued to talk on the phone. I had to remind them that I still needed another drink before I left. When I got home we were missing 5 sides of fries and two of the chicken sandwiches were not the spicy ones. When I called, they said I had to come and get the food they missed, argued that they had given me the sides, and then refused to give a refund when I said I was unable to come back to the restaurant. I have never had such a bad experience at Popeye's and will not be going to the Herriman one again.

The manager on charge Audrey or something like that was talking loud about others employees and saying bad words in front of guest waiting at the lobby for their food. Very unprofessional from her part. All disorganized . Used to like the place but not anymore. Popeyes should hired more professional people and not young manager talking about other employees behind their back and a guetto unprofessional language.

I can't order food here anymore. Half the time my order is wrong and missing items. Tonight they left out my parents' food that they were waiting hungrily for.
That tears it! It's easy to check the order to make sure it's complete and correct--just match the items in the bag with what's written on the receipt...
Making my parents wait for not receiving their food is NOT OK.

Cheated me out of my money. Cashier mentioned that the only options for drink was med or large and charged me for med. The default size for the regular price was a small.

The people closing on 10/2 were so sweet and helpful. Our order was accidentally messed up (our fault) and they were so nice and quick to fix it for us. A very nice crew and speedy experience.

I believe everyone loves Popeyes crispy chicken tenders and their sandwiches. It is a fast food place and the chicken is crispy and tasty. Kids love it. It's good to stop by this place once or twice a month. The service was great.
