Made a door dash delivery. Ordered a meal with a coke plus a strawberry shake. My food delivered, and my coke was missing. How do you forget a whole drink? Second, they gave me a vanilla shake instead of strawberry. At this point, my meal and order is ruined and I don’t want it anymore. I tried to get this resolved via door dash, but they were not able to refund me for my entire meal. I called this location and spoke to someone who said they could provide me a comp card but I would have to go pick it up. I asked if it could get mailed to me, and she said she would leave a note and have the general manager give me a call about this. No phone call to follow up on this. Exactly what I expected with their customer service. Terrible. Weeks later and manager still has not contacted me lol. Really shows you that they care so much about their customer service!

Slim Chickens is always a winner for us. The chicken is tender and juicy, the staff of very friendly and helpful, and we enjoy it every time we go. We like the selection of sauces as well!

Their sauces, chicken and fried mushrooms are incredible. They give me the wrong sauce sometimes though. It's sad because the reason I go there is for the mango habanero, so when I get the honey mustard instead, I'm pretty disappointed.

A solid, reasonably priced chicken joint that offers a good lineup with variety. The sauces are what really sets this apart from the endless chicken options around, and the price point is more reasonable than most.
