I would leave a 0 star if I could I went to grab coffee and had to wait for a 30 min personal conversation to end !!! There was 2 employees there and the other one (girl employee) was just staring at me while dusting nothing once the 1 employee having the conversation ended he was the only one making the drinks and at the cash register while the girl kept dusting nothing if nothing they should give Cameron a raise if I got his name right he was running the whole business by himself poor guy I would dread working with her 🥲this was around 11 am on 12/22 I hope Starbucks does something and help Cameron out because he had like 10 drinks to make and she was just staring at thin air ( I couldn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag )

Went in on Tuesday morning walked up to the counter and was assisting by amber, immediately I got a strong smell of cigarettes . I stood there for a full minute before she even took my order she didn’t say hello or anything instead she said what do you want I found that to be extremely rude, I placed my order and waited she made it wrong the first time and got mad when I asked her to correct the second time I got my drink made it was still wrong, at that point I decided to just leave. I have been a long time customer at this location and Overall that experience was just awful and I will not be coming back. STARBUCKS DO BETTER!!!

I got a vanilla bean frap from the starbucks here and the girl that gave me my drink (Natalie) i think. Was really nice and just made getting the drink a lot easier than what it would have been anywhere else.
This is the most friendliest starbucks I've been to! Everyone is so happy and caring and truly makes you feel good about your day. Never experienced this type of customer service at starbucks but receive it every time at this location!
I insist on shopping at this Smiths so I can grab a drink before I start getting groceries. The girls there are so sweet, quick service, and I have yet to get a drink that doesn’t taste good 😊

The girl that was working on 9/24/23 was very rude and had horrible customer service skills. I get that it’s frustrating when you’re the only one working and it’s busy but you should still be kind to costumers. Maybe put someone else on the schedule so it’s not so busy for her!!!!

ANYONE WHOS GOTTEN SICK AFTER COMING HERE, I BEG YOU TO CONSIDER THIS AS TO WHY! During my shopping today, 8/26, at Smiths, I noticed a chubby brunette woman with a Starbucks apron on walking out of the ladies room without washing her hands. I'm glad I caught the nametag, because it's a health hazard that the employee "Jess" CHOOESES to not wash her hands when handling food and drinks for the public. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks again, as I am beyond disgusted with not only her attitude but how she thinks she can pass off contaminated food from her bowels to good paying customers. DISGUSTING AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! Management should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such people.

Extremely rude woman working today. August 11th at 6:40 pm. Wouldn’t serve us black coffee. I was falling asleep at the wheel and needed something to keep me awake. It wasn’t that they were out, she just didn’t want to clean her station again, which is ridiculous- you are still open! I’ve been in the food service industry and I know how annoying it is when people come right around close BUT YOU STILL HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO SERVE THEM ON YOUR SHIFT WHEN YOU ARE OPEN. That is literally your job. Didn’t help that she was extremely rude.
