I went through the drive through and came home, all my food was smashed and soggy. It was mixed in with other foods and it was disgusting. Super disappointed and want to receive compensation

I'm not sure why I keep going to this taco bell. They constantly get orders wrong and give tiny helpings if they do actually get it right. Here is a picture of the 2 burrito deal, they're smaller than a salsa packet. I wish we had another option in our area.

Employee lied about doordash order and cost us $50+. When we came back to talk to the manager about it she was extremely condescending, yelling across the restaurant saying “idk what you’re waiting for,” and refusing to help resolve the issue.

I’m a doordash driver who drove on New Year’s eve because I am behind on rent money at the moment. At ~2:00 AM we got a 4 order offer on doordash. We accepted it and went to the Taco Bell, arriving around 2:15. We waited for a few minutes at which point the employees told us they were closed and placed cones in front of the drive through. I went to the door and asked them to paste a “closed” sign on the window so that we could take a picture and get half pay from doordash, at which point they informed us that they just needed time to catch up and they’d take our order. We wrote the names of the orders down on a paper and went out to wait in the car as per their request.
At this point we debated unassigning from the orders but one of the customers informed us they would have an extra cash tip for our time, and we decided that even with a lengthy wait it was worth the money due to the high paying nature of the order.
We waited until almost 4 AM, and the employees the entire time kept informing us the food was coming. At ~3:45 the employee comes out and tells us that “I swear on everything both of them just called and cancelled the orders.” He then goes in, locks the door, and turns the light off (Even though store hours say open until 4:00 AM on NYE (see pic below).
At this point we’re discouraged but about to leave, when we notice the orders are still active in the app, so we call the customer (blocked out number below) @3:46 and they inform us they never cancelled. We get out of the car (still on the phone) and knock on the door trying to get their food. Customer eventually says it’s not worth the time and they will cancel the order (see timestamp of cancelled order @3:49) which results in us getting half pay for the order as a dasher.
So we call doordash support (Visible number timestamp 3:51) and they say that they can’t pay us any more.
So because the taco bell employee said that the order was cancelled when it wasn’t, refused to give us food we waited almost 2 hours for that they were telling us was coming, and then closed the store early, we lost over 50 dollars, on a holiday, with rent around the corner.
When I came in to talk to the manager she told me that she wasn’t going to help. The area manager called and while on the phone she told the area manager that I was a “dasher upset because orders got canceled” and chose not to tell the whole story. She then ignored me for about 30 minutes and only shouted from the back saying “Idk why you’re wasting your time I can’t help you.” I said “I would like to escalate can I have your boss’s number please” to which she angrily shouted “I am the manager.” I said “I know that, I am just trying to resolve the issue and you said you can’t help me, I want your managers number” and she said she wouldn’t give me it but would call me later. I am currently awaiting that call but as of now I have very little hope of this getting resolved properly.
Horrible service, horrible management, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company before.

I just got food from this location it was a quesadilla and the food was messy. Was not cut properly either. Multiple other items I got were also sloppy with holes. And the drive thru worker was not very welcoming and had an attitude the whole time we were ordering. I’ve been to this location multiple times and it takes quite a bit of time to make a few items.

Tonight I had the best customer service of my life and I owe it all to Austin. I placed a mobile order at the store, and when I went to pick it up, I was told that they never received my order. Confused, I looked at my order and it turns out I placed it at a different location in downtown Salt Lake. Now normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, except I was already having a bad day, so this pushed me over the edge. I broke down in tears and Kyle, being such am amazing person, immediately volunteered to replace my order. He ever so graciously, paid for, and handmade my order for me so I could try to have a good rest of my night. I am forever greatfulf for what he did for me tonight. Thank you kyle!!
I don’t expect a lot at Taco Bell, I don’t care if you mess up my order and give me some random food it all basically tastes the same.
But this location always forgets items which is super annoying. And they hold on to the hot sauce like it’s gold.
I ordered 6 items and 6 hot sauce.
I received 4 items (which 2 were wrong) and zero hot sauce.
You guys should invest in some glasses for the staff at this location.. and maybe an abacus.
I would say a very mid expensive, but Taco Bell is suppose to be mid. This location is just plain bad

this was my last straw tonight, they always always mess up my order and replace the more expensive food with cheap soggy stuff. i got home to a completely wrong order and i couldn’t even eat any of it because it was so disgusting. this location ruined my day for the last time.

The pricing of your Cheesy Gordita Crunch is rediculous. I should be getting 2 for that price. Instead I just won't go to taco bell anymore.
Poor food, poor service, incorrect and missing items, rude people uninterested to assist but yell and disconnect the calls, failure to understand that orders are placed through the taco bell app, redirected to the delivery service who says to call taco bell since they are the ones who fulfilled the order incorrectly, then told that they cannot help with sending the items again nor place a refund for the order because the order was placed through the app. Called other location who told me that the big boss Melissa would call me, Melissa called to tell me that they could not do anything to place a complaint with the taco bell app. This was a waste of time I had to call the taco bell hotline to get assistance.
