We went Friday night, took 20 minutes to even be recognized by a member of the staff after we sat down. Once we finally got drinks ordered from one person our waitress finally brought them over and brought menus, finally ordered and took over 30 minutes for food to be served. The steak nachos were excellent and tasty and well worth the price. Our issue was with the amount of time it took the kitchen to get the food out. Our waitress was attentive but she had a party of at least 20 people and seemed to be completely overwhelmed, not her fault but she should have had help. Not sure we’ll be back, better atmosphere at the Break in South Jordan.

We came in for a date night at Station Bar and had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Jaden. She was fantastic from the moment we sat down. While we were playing pool, she set up our table, brought out our food perfectly timed, and checked in just enough without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She gave us space to enjoy our night, but was always there when we needed something. Truly exceptional service. Jaden made our date night even better. Highly recommend asking for her!

Saturday November 15th Jenny, was our waitress and she rocked it, on a super busy night when the University of Utah was playing Baylor, the beers and food were flowing as soon as my beer started to get close to empty she had one at the table were loving the Station and what a great place for our great Herriman City

Went for girls brunch as the food here is delicious . Had reserved a table week in advance and it was not ready when we got in. Only one server and bartender made everything so so late.thier Irish coffee is terrible. Clotted clunky cream served in a regular coffee mug was awful. Didn’t drink due to curdled creamer in it but we’re still charged for it. Not happy about being served expired curdled cream and having to pay for it. Got little nauseated from it. Multiple dishes and silverware were dirty and had to replaced. Besides that service slow but friendly. Great ambience and lots of space. Just get the average Joe drinks and you will love it.

We’ve been coming here since the day it opened. We’ve always loved the food and usually enjoy the atmosphere. However, over the past couple months, we’ve noticed a decline in the service.
Recently, my son and daughter-in-law sat at the bar and their bartender was not attentive—she even forgot their appetizer. Yesterday, my husband and I came in. It’s a Friday night and there were only a couple other people in the entire place. The bartender dropped off drink menus only and immediately walked away. It took about five minutes for her to return, and when she did, she barely spoke to us and seemed completely uninterested. It was very clear she preferred to stay at the other end of the bar talking to the guys there.
Our drinks took a long time because she was busy chatting, and when she finally brought them over, she set them down and walked away again—still without giving us food menus. At that point, we just asked for the check and decided to go somewhere else.
The last 5-6 times we have visited we were disappointed in service. Its a shame that their is no emphasis on the most important part of a business.
This place has so much potential, but unfortunately is heading in the wrong direction.

The Bar itself is gorgeous. Super nice inside. Our waitress was terrible! Took forever to get Beers and Two drinks brought to us after ordering. We're talking like almost 30 mins from the time we asked. So to be honest, it was probably the Bar Tender. Our food came out super quickly, but we had to ask for Condiments, and sides three different times until we finally walked up to the bar ourselves and asked for the missing items. Also Trivia people were way too loud. And the people actually playing Trivia, were on the complete opposite side of the bar. So perhaps it would be a good idea to keep it all in the same area, so for those there for dinner and drinks didn't have to try and tell over the microphone to hear each other.

We were at The Station Bar for lunch this week with a group of 20+. Our server Roxy killed it. Every dish that hit our table looked amazing. Thank you to the back of house! I usually get a burger or a sandwich here which are excellent, but I tried the Chicken Carbonara. It was fantastic and a ton of food. The Station has such a great vibe and a variety of seating options to fit any kind of group or couple. I can’t wait for my next visit!
