My order was a grilled cheese burger, fries and a chicken sandwich.Fries were cold and burger was terrible, I got home and grilled the bread myself and meat was over well done (& no I didn't ask for it that way). A friend got me the same burger last week and it was great this week NOT.

Love this place but just be advised they are card only they do not accept cash I was there for maybe 20 minutes and three or four people complained about it even though they have multiple signs saying
Came in for a gluten free burger and they have a delicious lettuce wrap option and huge shoutout to Chloe who took our order and was the cutest nicest girl ever!! She gets 5 stars too!!!??

So I went there for the first time today. Burger and fries were really good, but it was the services that stood out. Workers were pleasant and seemed happy to do their jobs. When they brought out my food they included a coupon "because of the wait". The wait I had was noticeable, but not where I would have complained (maybe just not come back soon). Overall it was a very good experience and will be back.

This was my first time at Tony’s and I’ll be back very soon! I got a small Tony Smoove burger. The local sourced meat mixture for the patty was very flavorful and the amount of garlic in the sauce was just right. The gal at the counter was so kind and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. The other two in my party also loved their burgers.

Incredible customer service. The staff does their absolute best to make you feel taken care of. The cooks even start preparing my burger as soon as they see me walk through. The burgers here are clearly high quality, and the fries are equally the same.

The burgers are good, cheese curds are good too. The reason for the low rating is that they stopped accepting cash. Cash should never not be accepted by a business operating in the U.S.
