The workers were very rude and short with us. We asked how they were doing and they abruptly replied with “what are you getting”… it just seemed like we were the biggest inconvenience of their day and they couldn’t care less about their jobs. On the bright side, they got our order right

These cookies were SO good! I've had cookies from Crave, Chip, Crumbl, Dirty Dough, Ruby Snap, etc., and even though they were all yummy, too, I'd have to say that Twisted Sugar is the best!

If i were ever on death row my last meal i would request is 100000929292838383 twisted sugar cookies.. specifically caramel, oreo, and cookie butter cookies. and im not even really a sugar cookie kinda gal but i am ADDICTED FOR

I placed a mobile order here tonight and was very excited to get my favorite cookies and try the cotton candy whip. Unfortunately, I was given all of the wrong items. 3 incorrect cookies and an incorrect drink. At least they gave me the correct drink for my brother.

The biggest gripe I have with Twisted Sugar is the base batter for all their cookies taste Doughy. It is as if they want to remind us that flour was used.
