To 20 minutes to make my order because nobody spoke English Nobody knows what they’re doing, and the manager was kissing with his girlfriend in the back. This place is a joke. Sad management.

I was at this Wendy's at 8:06 this morning and I thought it was open because they open or supposed to open at 6:00 a.m. they were closed I went to the two doors closed I went by the drive-thru I could see somebody with headphones try knocking on the windows to get their attention did not turn around. why advertise that you're open at 6:00 when even at 8:05 you're still closed and you're supposed to have breakfast so disappointed
We had to shout for some one to take our order. The food was not worth the wait. We won't coming back. I don't think I will rate them any stars.
Ordered 5 mins before close and the gave me my food after hours and only forgot fries so good solid place will comeback for more
I payed extra money for extra strawberry in my strawberry pop-tart frosty, i was handed out a white frosty with the tiniest sliver of pink at the bottom. When i requested more, they pretended to add more and gave it back to me. They didn’t give me the right lemonade and the other frostys i got were half full and pretty gross. These are the worst workers I’ve ever seen and id just like to say theres a reason this is the job they have and i hope they never find a job making decent pay as they’ll lose it within the hour.

I walked into the bathroom after an employee they went into the stall first so I patiently waited. After the employee left (without washing hands) I entered the stall to find the most disturbing Eldritch creature lying in wait inside the bowl. I screamed and turned to leave but I was too late. The employee let out a wicked laugh as he turned out the light and locked the door. In a hazy panic I sprinted to the door and tried to open it to no avail. That was when the smell took me. Never in all my days has my nose been forced to endure such a vicious assault. For four hours I was locked in that bathroom.

How was the food? Have no idea ever got to order. This must be the busiest Wendy’s I have ever been to they did not even have time to say we will be right with you. And couldn’t answer the phone

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. They always are slow, mess up our order every single time we order there (even the most basic things) and just will be chatting while we'll be waiting in line to order right in front of them. They really need to do something about this location, it's been at least a YEAR and every time it's been absolutely AWFUL!

Well it's my own fault but we decided to give this location another chance. It was a horrible experience. Even though I tried to speak slowly and clearly when we pulled around to pay they didn't have our order right. After fixing that issue they didn't give us the order correctly either. Had to turn around and go back and then we go home and well as you can see from the pictures it wasn't edible. The eggs are rubber and what's that gguy stuff... the sausage patty was dry, the muffin was hard as a rock and the cheese was stiff like plastic. Seriously disappointed that this location has declined that much again.

I love Wendy’s but this location is not at all good. The last 3 times my order was wrong and it wasn’t like it was busy or a complicated order. One time they told me everything was in the bag and I came home and they didn’t give me the fries with my combo meal….the next time I came they forgot to give my daughter her hamburger. I guess I have to check every time but when I came yesterda, I thought they finally got it right. I got home and my Baconator that I ordered was actually something else. I have came here each time I told myself I wasn’t going to come back but I ended up giving it one last try. But this time I’m done. I’m not going to say that the employees are bad. I more blame management because this restaurant constantly has issues and is slow and understaffed I’m assuming. The guy who takes my orders is nice though, and I’m not mad at him for telling me they got it all in there because at the end of the day that stuff happens. I’m just mad it happened 3 times in a row. I’m not one that likes to call places for them to make it right because I just don’t see the point in even trying. Don’t go to this location. Hire more employees, the owners should be ashamed.

I have issues every time I come to this Wendy’s, today me and three other people waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and no one came on the mic to take orders we all ended up driving away. When I went inside there was only one other person in there. The old manager or shift lead was always super super rude. the daybreak parkway location Is 10000% better than this location.
