I was regularly going to this Wendys since all the others mess up your order, this is one is just slow. But not anymore. Now they're slow AND they get your order wrong! Ordered a $11 small spicy chicken combo, got a very small and very stale bready kids meal.

I know they pay their employees dirt but I don't have the tolerance to keep getting wrong orders. The franchise owner needs to take care of their employees and educate them the problems with casual mistakes leading to loss of regular customers.

This location always has you waiting to order. Ive gone through drive through a few times, they dont even acknowledge you. Just have you waiting till you end driving off!

Went here on my lunch break and had to wait over 10 minutes for them to take my order as the only person in their lobby. Several employees made eye contact and did not offer to help until I asked if I could be helped. When they finally took my order I waited over 15 minutes, reminder I'm on my break so I'm on limited time, and my food still has not even been started as the only person who had ordered in the lobby. When I asked about an update they looked surprised I didn't get my food and at this point I had to leave to go back to work. Employees were obviously arguing too, did not prioritize customer service at all since there was someone else who had been waiting for a DoorDash order to take before I came in and were not helpful. At the end of the day I didn't get my food and have had issues wirh this location not giving me my full order previously and have only continued to come back because they are a cheap alternative to the food close to my work but after this I am severely annoyed. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered a burger, waited in line for a considerable amount of time for it being just a burger and only one other car in front of us. They got the burger wrong, we go in and tell them they messed up, they “redo” the order and give us the wrong thing again.

This has got to be the worst run wendy's in the entire valley. This one closest to my home and I have never once had a good experience here. Today I waited for about 10 minutes at the counter and then another 10 minutes for my food. No coke available. Extension cords tape all over the floor for the christmas tree. I go in other Wendy's, throughout the valley and they're fine. I think Wendy's management should look at this location. Because it's terrible.

We rarely eat at this particular Wendys,the service at this restaurant is always really show and our food always tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. But we had a really busy day and were just looking for anything that was open on Christmas Eve. They only had 2 people working, neither of which spoke English very well, which I think was a really horrible position for the management to put these folks in. I ordered our dinner with 2 frostys on the app while waiting in line. I got to the window and was told they didn't have frostys. So I asked if they refund the money but the poor girl at the window had no idea what I was asking. I was basically told I would just be out that money. Then she offered an order of nuggets in exchange, which was very nice of her. I don't recommend going here if you can avoid it. I don't feel like the management takes any pride in a job well done.

We've ate at this location many times over the 19 years we've lived in Herriman, but I refuse to go back to this location again under the current management. We have repeatedly had orders messed up here or they have been out of what we ordered.

For example, today on the Wendy's app I ordered a quantity of four 4 for $4 meals. When I get up to the window to pick up my order....

First, the server tells me they don't have Dr. Pepper so I have to choose between Coke, Fanta, and Sprite. I say fine, give me Sprite. She proceeds to hand me the 4 drinks one by one until I ask for a drink holder.

Then, the girl tells me that they are out of small Frosty cups, so they half-filled the regular size. Ok, alone this is no big deal, but I'm not finished yet....

Then, she says that they are out of the bbq, ranch, and honey mustard sauces and offers me sweet chilli and one other hot sauce. I tell her that kids don't like spicy sauces.

Also, my hamburger was cold when I got home and I only live half a mile away.

Unless this store gets cleaned up by Wendy's headquarters and new ownership or management takes over, I will NEVER EVER eat at this store again!

They don't even act sorry for the poor food quality and inability to fill orders.

This was the worst food I have ever had at Wendy’s! It tasted like the pit old cheeseburgers in the microwave! The buns hard as a rock and the lettuce melted to the cheese and wilted! The chili was cold and fries were old! Maybe this location needs new management

Walked in before closing to grab a meal. I’m leaving and one of the employees is walking in.
I decided to shuffle my food into one hand so that I can open the door for him.
Which I did.
He decided to should swear words in Spanish to me. Which I understood just fine bc I speak fluent Spanish.
Insane.
Will never buy Wendy’s again.

I came to this Wendy mind you they did not close for another hour. I ordered a meal and I think it was around almost $10 and I asked for one ranch and this guy told me that they charge for every single sauce now even if the order comes with the sauce, which I think is such bull crap and then when I asked to have my burger made with no salt because I cannot have a lot of salt I get home and my burger is filled with it. It’s like they didn’t even care or took the time to make the burger, even though there was no line

The girl gave me a half full frosty after I had to go in because they forgot to give it to me in the drive through. They seemed put off that I had to ask to get the frosty I paid for.

I've tried giving this location so many chances but it's always a 30min or more wait in the drive thru, they always forget to give us some of our food plus our sauces, when you go back to tell them they forgot to give some of your food they are always super rude about it, food is always cold or old or undercooked, the drinks are never filled to the top and after you tell them to please fill it up your drink to the top they refuse to do so, So this was our last time going here I do not recommend going here!! Plus I've noticed the store manager or any higher up never respond to these reviews so it shows how much they do not care!!
