I love this place! I went on Monday to get a pumpkin pie shake with my coupon, and it was worth it! First, the worker was very nice. Second, the pumpkin pie shake is always original and still great. Third, it is really popular since there were lots of people inside! Last, Arctic circle should live forever!

I’ve been here about two or three times since moving here and I think I’m completely done with ever going back. The service is terribly slow and there’s no point going through the drive-through. I’ve sat for upwards of 10 to 15 minutes in line after ordering a few basic items. I am appalled at the prices for such mediocre fast food. A small shake should not cost six dollars and a soft serve cone is over two dollars but is small and sad looking. I’ll just go to Macey’s and get soft serve from now on. For six dollars I can get an amazing sundae at Burgess Orchards. Arctic Circle is not worth it!

The lady who took my order didnt apply the coupon I gave her, didnt give my kids the ice cream cones I ordered, and was not friendly at all!

Lady said that she was only doing courtesy cones on specific days and weren’t doing them for today. And that they only do dipped on certain days as well. Also, their cones are not really that big anymore. Used to be lots better, gotta change management back or something…

Best fast food experience I have had in a long time!! Tia helped us and is a manager there and was so helpful and just happy and bubbly! I even changed my order twice and she took it in stride with no problem! Will be coming back here more often! Tia needs a raise!
