Best fast food experience I have had in a long time!! Tia helped us and is a manager there and was so helpful and just happy and bubbly! I even changed my order twice and she took it in stride with no problem! Will be coming back here more often! Tia needs a raise!

For a red bull queeze and a Vanilla Ice cream cone with the cherry topper on it cost me 8.65. That would be the world's biggest rip-off, ever. I will never, ever return back to this location. Nor will I ever recommend this location to anybody.This is almost highway robbery

This is the most poorly run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to! I guarantee it this Google review won’t even go anywhere because of the incompetence level that is running that store! Like most reviews today, you can’t even give a zero star.When I asked specifically for no sauce, I expect no sauce, don’t hand me an ice cream cone first and make me wait 15 minutes on a food order when it’s 85° outside! Also, when I ask for a new ice cream cone, because the one you handed me and had to sit outside with it, is completely melted in my hand you should have the whereabouts to realize that I need a new one because it’s completely melted. And if I ask for a cup like I did, you should give me a cup instead of just stare at me and then close the window and walk away. I don’t care if you’re training new people, double, triple check the order and make sure it’s right if you’re gonna take that long! Train to have better customer service as well.

This artic circle location was horrible tonight . The manger was so rude . They spilled their own ice cream/shake machine . Apparently it takes 4 employees to clean it up when they had a line of customers. We asked if at least 1 could take orders and she was all huffy to even help . She threw out the trays of food like she didn't want to even serve us and was mad when we asked for our shakes . We asked for forks and got charged for them . If u could report her to human resources I would . They didn't even want to give all the kids the courtesy comes which are free. This location in my opinion is horrible and would not recommend!
