I can see that it’s unwise to use the drive-through and that they make a lot of mistakes on orders. So I usually go in and get take out as this affords me more control. However today I ordered a chicken burrito as always and the employee, Hannah (tall blonde), didn’t put hardly any chicken in it. I said in a very congenial and nice way, “Wow that’s not very much chicken at all” and she literally gave me the death-stare and passed it on… Fortunately a good employee named Valen noticed and gave me a small side of the chicken so I could add it to my CHICKEN burrito at home. He understands people and is always smiling and helpful. Good guy. Not sure what’s going on with Hannah and I don’t usually call out someone by name, but she was nasty. If I go in and she’s the one assembling burritos, I’ll just request that another person help us. Sheesh.

Never coming back to this location. I ordered a sweet pork salad and when I sat down to eat it, there was a SPIDER crawling in my food. On another occasion I was here, I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Workers were just standing around and they totally skimp you out of the meat on your food. They literally put 1 teaspoon of sweet pork on my husbands tacos. $10 for a pennies worth of food. But the spider was free!!!!

Line was not very long when I arrived but took over 20 minutes to get through. The staff were slow and unsure, always crossing each other and seemed to be in each other's way. The Horchata, Strawberry lemonade, and Limonada were empty or almost empty. All the tables were filthy. A lot of trays were stacked up on the garbage cans. It did not seem like they were understaffed
