Avoid Avoid Avoid! This Costa video forgot 1/2 of our order and when we did get it, portions were extremely lower than other locations, as well as quality of food. Cold, and didn’t include all the toppings that come on the Nachos/Baja Bowl. I wish people’s reviews here were being taken seriously. Pleasant Grove Costa Vida is the way to go.

Ethan was one of the best most respectful young men I have ever interacted with in a restaurant in my life. He was super kind and got my food ready as soon as possible even though it was close to closing time.

This CostaVida is exceptionally clean and well run. The food is always excellent and served cheerfully. This CostaVida is always busy, but they process the customers quickly and intend to getting things correct. At other places my no dairy order often has to redone because they automatically add cheese. No problems at this CostaVida.

Like others have mentioned, they skimp out on food. The pork in each of my tacos was barely more than the size of a quarter. Beans were a THIRD of what I get at other locations. This is happening consistently enough that it’s time to avoid this location. There’s a reason their review average is the lowest in the area.

They mess up orders a lot if you go through the drive-thru. I’m missing ranch (again), and the special requests I made for my salad were wrong — again. This is like the 4th or 5th time they’ve gotten my order wrong. I keep going back because it’s the closest, but honestly, I think it’s time to drive a little farther and actually get what I ordered.

Slowest costa vida I have ever been too, we ordered ahead to save time. Said our order would be ready to pick up at 7:55 and we didn’t get it until 8:15. A few minutes is understandable but this is unacceptable.

We ordered for takeout. The food was so delicious! We all got salads. Really yummy! The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Very kind to us, 3 old ladies! We'll be back soon!

Would give zero if I could. Have gotten my order wrong twice, and this time they told me drive thru is for online orders only. American Fork Costa tales my order at drive-up with NO problems. I'll just drive a little further from now on.

Yikes - we love Costa vida but this place sucks - had one person ahead of us in line and took 30 minutes to get our food standing in line - between the walk in service, drive through, online order, these folks are way in over their heads, place is always filthy with nothing available to clean tables with other than napkins with fountain water - can be an awesome branch but needs minimal investment and something for us to clean the tables with
