50% of the time you’ll get your burrito how you expect it. I just keep going back cause it’s close and I love costa vida. But expect undercooked rice, so so dry, no sauce, no meat and sometimes no beans (why do they do such big scoops of rice?) definitely dine in is more consistent but too be expected when we’re watching them make our food
When did the burrito become a taquito? The portions at this location have drastically changed. Super disappointing

Ordered online. Waited almost an hour and a half, for them to just cancel the order. Absolutely ridiculous.
Got a salad at the drive thru(took about 30mins) it was more like bowl of rice with a couple chunks of lettuce.

I usually only leave 5-Star reviews for restaurants but the experience was so poor I feel the need to warn others of the service. I have a gluten allergy and costa vida normally does a good job of accommodating with “gluten friendly corn tortillas.” Unfortunately my order was made with flour tortillas. That’s okay as mistakes are made, but when I called to try and remedy the situation I was told they would have someone reach out to me in a few days—why? I’m not sure. Further, my wife’s salad had a hair in it so two meals were wasted and my remedy is that someone will reach out in a couple days. After reading other reviews it appears my experience is not unique. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This location was very disappointing, due to I have never had any issues at any of the other stores besides this location.. If I could give this location a zero rating I would. I ate here last night for take out and received a piece of Raw Chicken in my sweet pork burrito. How this is even possible I don't know, but I am absolutely disgusted and will not be back to this location.
Raw chicken contains of many bacteria's and could possibly make me sick with it being in my burrito. Very gross/disgusted.

That sweet pork hits different but it’s still fast food so its vibes are mid.

Cafe rio is a chain and is good Americanized Mexican food. They make tortillas fresh and melt the cheese on the tacos. I get 2 tacos ala cart. Get the salsa fresca on the side. It keeps the taco from getting too soggy. My favorite is the grilled chicken, but the sweet pork is by far the most popular. The burritos there are served on a plate and meant to eat with a fork. Not wrapped in foil para los manos. The line can get long and the order process is a bit slow. Good overall.

I’ve stopped coming to this location. I think teenagers are great…but when they are constantly messing up your order and the food is so inconsistent and poorly assembled (because that’s all it is) you finally have to go somewhere else. Train these kids better. Those that don’t do a good job gotta go. Pay a little more and hire better workers. They’re out there! You won’t have a horrible experience eating here. If you go often though you’ll probably eventually pick another restaurant or Costa Vida location like I have.

This location used to be great but has gone downhill fast. They used to joke with me about how stingy the other locations are but they are now worse than those other locations. Hardly any meat and slow service. Getting an enchilada ala carte leaves MUCH to be desired. It’s a couple of bites at best. Whereas when you get it in an entree the enchilada is more filled in. The workers are always nice but the shrinkflation here is real and noticed.

They literally gave me a small spoonful of pork! What a disappointment. I should have checked before leaving the store.
I called and they gave me a refund.

My sincere thanks and compliments to Costa Vida. We had a luncheon planned for a wedding at Highland Gardens across the street. Unfortunately the caterer failed to show, leaving us with 70 plus hungry guests. We immediately sent people out to seek help. Costa Vida, despite already catering for another event, immediately got to work and in just 30 minutes had put together over 70 tacos for our guests. And the quality was excellent. I sincerely thank Costa Vida and all the wonderful people who work there. You have earned the lifelong business of many people

Amazing! We had a catering issue for a wedding and had to go here as a last resort. Although the store was busy the manager was able to help us right away, and they were able to help us out. 100% would recommend this store!

Someone at corporate needs to help this location, a lot. Last couple of trips thru, the food has been constantly cold and underwhelming. Tonight it was a 45 minute wait in the drive through (5-6 cars) on a Tuesday with a normal sized crowd inside to bring home nachos that I had to add cheese to and throw in an air fryer (pro tip btw) just to make edible. Lame.
