Oh my goodness, the absolute best employee at the Union location...her name is Vickie. From her initial greeting and then talking to us while taking our order, she was amazing. Happy and absolutely loved her job!! You can use her for an example of the ideal employee! I am visiting for Texas and found out she has a cousin not too far from me. Wish we had Cubby's by us...FYI Contractor Fries...YUM!

Amazing food, super fast service. Ended up coming in a little early to pick up my food and even thought they were buisy they seemed super on top of everything. Food is always amazing, everything was well done and nothing felt slacked on.
Yo I rarely leave bad reviews but this Cubby’s is pretty subpar. $22 for a small, incredibly dry patty, minimal toppings, and fries. I’m halfway through the meal right now lol. I’m on my lunch break and no joke will have to eat somewhere again so I’m not hungry.

Today I bought the kids hot dog meal and a side of their tri tip chili. I combined the 2 and made one of the best chili dogs I’ve had. I will be trying this combo again!

We love Cubbys! The food was fantastic. Light, hearty and tastes great. Can't go wrong with the buffalo fries, a dragonslayer burger or a steak salad. We will certainly be back!
I love cubby's so much! Food is great and fresh and staff was accommodating! I'm ok waiting a bit for fresh food so wait time never have bothered me here. If I need something fast I'll go to somewhere super fast. But to get amazing good food is always worth the wait.

My wife went through the drive thru at cubby’s in highland today and while we were eating the salad my wife had a bitter bite. She spit out her bite to find a beetle that she bit into. It was disgusting and needless to say we will never go back. We called and told the manager who blew us off. Which is why I am now leaving this 1 star review. In the photo the black blob is chewed up beetle. If you zoom in the upper right area you can see the legs of the beetle. Disgusting place and owners should consider moving on from the female manager we talked to
