Super disappointment in this locations customer service. Numerous times they get the order wrong, overcharge and I don’t realize until I’m home. Today I are in the restaurant and I repeated TWICE my order because the cashier didn’t seem to know what she was doing. So my salad came with no chicken and I was in a hurry to sit and eat before getting somewhere on time. The classy, appropriate thing to do would have been to just bring the chicken and apologize. But instead made me come up and pay for the chicken that was missed. Just really low class “fast food” ghetto service. Think I’m done here.
