The thing that's most annoying about Domino's is this: like many companies that try to encourage people to go back to them by having rewards points, Domino's falls into the unfortunate category of companies that make the rewards points expire. This is extremely annoying to me. And to the point where I would not eat at Domino's because of this foolish time limited reward system.
The pizza is okay, and the folks who work there are doing their best. Domino's is nothing to write home about, but it's adequate and if they're running some kind of sale then it's not a terrible deal either.

An hour and twenty minutes. We placed the online order at 6pm, and it suggested 20-30minutes. Not even delivery, it was an hour and twenty minutes for carry out!! Last time we ordered I had enough time to drive from 90th south in sandy in rush hour just yo wait another 30minutes in their lobby for an online order. Completely unreasonable and rediculously slow, we'd be better off going to Papa murphies or Macy's for pizza.

They didn’t wear hair nets. And a girl kept touching her phone and then the pizza. Also the wait was very long! I would just like some better time and hygiene.
