I love fiz! I just went into the store and waited 10 minutes to be ignored by 3 girls. 2 of them were drink makers and 1 of them was the manager who was blonde with a ton of rings. I was so upset because wanted a drink and I had to go through the drive through to get my order taken. when I went through the drive through the only person that helped us was a tall brunette guy. When I asked for the manager, she was rolling her eyes when I told her no one would take my order. Not sure who is actually in charge but there is no way that girl was the manager. Especially considering her lack of caring about anything. Whoever the owners are need to have at lease 1 person working that cares there.

I come to this location daily if not twice a day, yesterday they made the incorrect drink. I asked about it today and was told “sorry we cant do anything” I also did send an email yesterday that has gone unanswered… this is highly disappointing- i get its only a $5 drink but i spend hundreds there monthly- this makes me rethink supporting them locally

I’m a frequent customer, usually ordering one of their signature drinks, “Threat Level Midnight”. Almost 80% of the time, they will add cream to it - there is NO cream in this drink. It’s not on their menu as part of the Threat Level Midnight, nor is it printed on the little sticker on the cup. So WHY do they keeping cream in it?? Today I ordered it, got home and realized they put cream in it. Went back down to the store to ask them to redo it and they told me I would have to purchase a new drink, and that it is MY fault it keeps happening because I must have ordered it with cream in the past (even though all I order is a Threat Level Midnight which, in fact, doesn’t have cream in it!).
Charging people for duplicate drinks because YOUR employees can’t seem to make a soda right from YOUR menu is ridiculous. I wouldn’t bother with a review if it happened once, but after multiple times of this continually happening, and then being told I have to pay for replacement drinks is wild. The lobby is darling, but between the terrible customer service, continued messed up drinks and unbearably loud music inside, we won’t be visiting this location ever again.

Your employee Mandy needs an attitude check. Bought 4 gift cards and she refused to give me an empty cup, let alone sell me a cup. Telling me I had to buy a cup with a a few pieces of bubble gum in it for $3.50 extra! Really? The cup costs ya’ll what, 20 cents?! Your company cares more about upselling than a happy customer. SMH

I was feeling a little jazzy, so i went to fiiz. i really wanted a nice warm pretzel, and when they handed it to me, it was nice and hot, and the cheese to go with it was too. The drink i got was the beach babe, and it was soooo good. Nice and cold, and super delicious. The dude that took my order was super nice and made sure he got my order right. i always love it when I'm getting food or something, and the cashier reads my order back. I felt super welcome, and i came at like 11, so nobody was there. My food came out very fast, and i would definitely recommend ??
