Don't go here if you want a healthier option . I just left there and was rushed and when asked about sugar free options for creams or syrups the rude guy said they do have any sugar free /calorie free. Which it plainly states on the menu that they do . Will be driving to swig from now on .

This Fizz location specifically is really frustrating to me. Every time I order a drink, something is not right. This morning I ordered a diet mt dew and when I got my drink, it was not diet. The other day when I went, I asked for coconut cream and only got coconut syrup.
I love how convenient this location is, but I don’t know if I can keep spending money here if they are going to make my drink wrong every time.

Please stop having people you’re training work the drive thru window. Literally multiple times I’ve been and the person working the register at the window had no idea what they were doing. Y’all missed our on the sale of a $25 gift card on top of my purchase because the line took wayyyy longer than it needed to and the person checking me out had no idea what they were doing

I love fiz! I just went into the store and waited 10 minutes to be ignored by 3 girls. 2 of them were drink makers and 1 of them was the manager who was blonde with a ton of rings. I was so upset because wanted a drink and I had to go through the drive through to get my order taken. when I went through the drive through the only person that helped us was a tall brunette guy. When I asked for the manager, she was rolling her eyes when I told her no one would take my order. Not sure who is actually in charge but there is no way that girl was the manager. Especially considering her lack of caring about anything. Whoever the owners are need to have at lease 1 person working that cares there.

I come to this location daily if not twice a day, yesterday they made the incorrect drink. I asked about it today and was told “sorry we cant do anything” I also did send an email yesterday that has gone unanswered… this is highly disappointing- i get its only a $5 drink but i spend hundreds there monthly- this makes me rethink supporting them locally
Its really good and I would recommend, the only thing stopping it from a 5 star is its a little pricey.
