J ,the shift lead was phenomenal to work with! He saw one of his team members made a mistake on the pizza so he gave us that pizza AND made another one that was ordered! He didn’t even hesitate. Great customer service and great pizza!

They make the best pizzas as far as Little Caesars goes. The last time I was there, the girl behind the counter was on her phone. When I asked her a question, without looking up she told me to hang on and grabbed someone from the back to answer my menu question. Maybe she was new, but she was definitely occupied with her phone. The rest of the staff were nice and checked in with us to let us know where they were in our order process. Not expected, but appreciated for sure.

September 22, 2025. This little ceasars has gone down hill fast. Employee came out front eating crazy bread saying they were out of crazy bread. 7 people waiting 25 minutes plus before anyone acknowledged them. Not sure if these kids were high or just ignorant. Bad experience.
This is literally the third time in a row where it takes over an hour when ordering pizza through the app for it to be ready.
One cheese, one pepperoni, one crazy bread.
Order at 6:32, ready at 7:48. A’int nothing hot and ready about this place.

Walked in at 8 o clock wanted 3 bags of breadsticks got told from the employee that they were no longer making them for the night. Gotta say I am surprised to hear 2 hours before close they cant do that. I will not be returning. Not to mention the employee seemed to barley even want me there.

This is a compliment for your Little Ceasar’s store located at 5374 W 11000 N, Highland, UT 84003. My family and I have patronized your location since we moved to the area in 2021. At about 5:20pm - 5:25pm Mountain Time on August 4, 2025, I picked up my order. I was getting food for my children after we had all learned some devastating family news. You had a young man working at the counter who was kind, helpful, and engaged with my four-year-old daughter by smiling and giving her a bag of one of your cookies. I can’t tell you how much those small gestures meant after a particularly sad day, but it was a lot. Thank you for fostering a workplace like that; your restaurant is now our official pizza place. Unfortunately, I missed your employee’s name, but he is great.
