Avoid this location at all costs. Other locations do great! Whenever I get a pepperoni pizza at this location, it is always undercooked. Which is especially frustrating when we’re hungry and have to cook it in our own oven before it’s ready. They also always seem to be very stingy with their garlic and Parmesan too.

Ordered a large order of four pizzas and two orders of bread sticks. Got there at the time they said but had to wait ~10 minutes for the food. Went back about 30 minutes later and ordered three more things of breadsticks with an ETA of 7 minutes. Waited ~20. In all fairness, it was a Friday night during the busiest time of the day.

Hot and ready means I shouldn't have to wait!
I would stay away from this location. I had ordered a pizza online. I received an email stating my pizza is ready. I got to the location and it wasn’t in the portal. No one greets you and it has a terrible atmosphere. I didn’t have anyone ask me if they could help me until about 10 minutes and I was the first in line. Then I get there and they tell me my pizza hasn’t even been prepared yet.

Not hot and ready anymore! Be prepared to wait more than 30 minutes and deal with some attitude!!
I have to admit… this pizza was really good! 🍕 Has corporate gone back to using real ingredients? The dough was perfectly soft and fluffy, and the cheese was wonderfully stretchy. Keep up the quality ingredients! The only downside was the customer service— the cashier seemed a bit irritated, which took away from the experience.

Absolutely insane. People were waiting 50 minutes for 1 pizza and then random people were coming in and getting theirs right away. That was the most unbelievable experience in my life. NEVER come here or it management sees this you need a better system.
My buddy works here. He's chill. This place is chill. The pizza... not chill. Smoking hot. Got me saying pizza pizza after every bite. Would recommend to chill people

We waited 50 minutes for our order. Our pizzas were cold to the touch because the staff left them on the back counter. Instead of completing prior orders the staff was only focused on taking new orders. What a poorly managed mess.

I rated this place one star because I couldn’t get any lower. Absolutely terrible service. Was told 10 mins and it turned into 45 mins and that’s not exaggerating I watched people leaving upset left and right. Klorissa needs to go back to Pizza Pizza school it seems like.
Good thing there are other pizza places around.
Do better.

For some weird reason, I actually like how the pizza is never fresh. As weird as it sounds, I like the not-fresh pizza a little better than the fresh pizza. Although that’s not the same for a ton of other people so I couldn’t rate it a 5 star place.

"I'm sorry, you have to order that online, we can't offer that here." What they meen is to stand in their lobby and order it online. They have the food, they just can't punch the order into their computer. It is not their fault that corporate it putting them in this situation. Just annoying(and slightly scammy?) that they no longer accept cash due to requiring the order being placed online.

I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza. What I received was nothing more than a regular pepperoni pizza with extra pepperonis. Basically false advertising. The description of the pizza says pepperonis all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust. Paid almost double for nothing.
