Walked in at 8 o clock wanted 3 bags of breadsticks got told from the employee that they were no longer making them for the night. Gotta say I am surprised to hear 2 hours before close they cant do that. I will not be returning. Not to mention the employee seemed to barley even want me there.

This is a compliment for your Little Ceasar’s store located at 5374 W 11000 N, Highland, UT 84003. My family and I have patronized your location since we moved to the area in 2021. At about 5:20pm - 5:25pm Mountain Time on August 4, 2025, I picked up my order. I was getting food for my children after we had all learned some devastating family news. You had a young man working at the counter who was kind, helpful, and engaged with my four-year-old daughter by smiling and giving her a bag of one of your cookies. I can’t tell you how much those small gestures meant after a particularly sad day, but it was a lot. Thank you for fostering a workplace like that; your restaurant is now our official pizza place. Unfortunately, I missed your employee’s name, but he is great.

I've been waiting for over 30 mins for a single pizza still don't have it and lots of people waiting they are so slow at this location I would recommend dominos across the street!!!

I have experienced better customer service here before. However, when several customers walk in and order a hot & ready and walk out, and you wait 40 minutes for an online order, something is wrong. Even after asking at the counter, it was another 10 minutes. I watched this location lose 15 sales during that time. Staff were doing the work, but not trained to handle this.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon and was told they weren't taking in store orders, and we could only order online (no reason given, I'm assuming it's just because they were busy). I was expecting a wait at that time on a Friday, but not being permitted to order seemed like something the worker just made up as their own policy. Terrible service.

On Friday May 16th, I went into this location and the girl that helped me had excellent customer service. They were so busy and down 3 people! Something happened to one of the pizzas that I ordered but they remade it, even though they were swamped! I dont remember her name but she took such great care of me!

Can't eat here...I have a gluten allergy but my grandkids love it. Especially the crazy bread. I would really appreciate a GF option!!! The naked puffs seem like a good option! I believe in you ...I know you can do it!

My kids, young adults now, love Little Caesars. It’s definitely better pizza than when I was young. Ha! This store was efficient, staff friendly, and easy to pick up from.

They only had 3 pizzas hot and ready and I needed 4. The kid at the register didn’t know anything. When I asked him how much longer for more pizzas to come out, he just said I don’t know and didn’t even go find out. I just took the 3 and left.

Honestly pretty horrible, I show up and show promo code for a deal that I saw and add for online and I showed up 1 hour before they closed and they told me I would have to order online, so I downloaded the app and did everything correct and then they said that there location was not excepting online orders anymore. Like what, pretty dishonest to get you in the store and then not honor promos, especially because I downloaded the app and did everything correct. So just so everyone knows that don’t got there within 2 hours of closing because they won’t honor anything
