We came at 8pm on a weeknight, bad call I know. But, there were quite a few people there... Turns out they were all from one party and the pizza appeared to have been cooked fresh for them at 7 because the other party was just finishing up. Needless to say, the cheese on most of the pizza was turning a gray-brown translucent color and they had very limited dessert pizzas out. On to the pasta bar - cavatapi noodles were undercooked and tasted starchy, the spicy sausage and the carbonara sauces smelled like they were turning but the alfredo was alright. Salad bar was good, most of the lettuce had freezer burn, but it was doable. I summary, go when it's busy, like actually busy. Save yourself $13 and don't go later, even if it looks busy. I almost asked for my money back, but didn't want to be "that guy".

If you’re gluten intolerant, steer clear of this place!
Despite calling ahead and being told a gluten-free pizza would cost an additional $2-3, we were charged an extra $13.50 on top of the regular buffet price. This brought the total to $24.39 for a single, disappointingly thin gluten-free pizza.
Not only was the pizza lackluster, but the experience left us feeling misled and overcharged. Definitely not worth it!

Budget friendly pizza, salad, and pasta buffet. Love the variety of pasta and sauces. Also love that the pasta isn't pre-sauced sitting on a buffet. The pizza is good as is the salad bar.

This is the most.....whelming experience imaginable. The pizza is technically edible, but I can't bring myself to using the word "delicious" by any stretch of the imagination. Salads were basic. The red pepper sauce tasted sweet enough that it would be considered a dessert. Orea and cinnamon pizzas were okay too.

Such a great experience, even on a busy Friday night. The manager, Sasha, came to check on our table (of me and my sisters), asked us how everything was tasting and if she could get us anything. She brought us small cups of a requested sauce to add to our pizza, and invited us to come back again to try a variety of pizza & pasta dishes that we were too full to try today. She even went above and beyond to share the history of Pizza Pie Cafe and her time working for the company. Exceptional service!!! There isn’t enough 5 Star employees or restaurants around anymore and tonight my hope has been renewed that certain people/companies are still providing immaculate customer care and good ol’ fashioned family-friendly environments like this. WELL DONE! ??

They need to pay closer attention to their pizza choices and not let them get dried out!! Otherwise, food choices were delicious.
Really easy place to take the family. Just as fast as typical fast food, but without having to take everyone's order.
The selection variety isn't bountiful, and it's not the best pizza you'll ever have, but it's not bad, and there's enough variety to make just about everyone happy.
Avoid sitting in the booths if you have young kids, or you'll be doing a lot more calisthenics than you want to at a pizza buffet.

After leaving pissed off because of the unbearable heat about a month ago I decided to give them a second chance. The hostess was friendly and the server was constantly making sure everything was going great, he made some great recommendations for a secret pizza on their menu and overall made it an amazing experience.
