Got here at 9:30 PM and experienced the fastest service ever from this Wendy's. Every other time I've gone here during the day its the worst but at this time it had great service.

Lame... Loved Wendy's as a kid but food is now overpriced for the quality. What's the point of pre-purchasing a Frosty card when they tell you the machine is broken? Also I was literally the only customer in the drive-thru the entire time and they ask me to pull around and wait for no reason (perhaps to fudge delivery time metrics?)

Just went through the drive through and we ordered 2 of new chicken strip meals. When I got home and bit into the first strip it seemed mushy. When I looked at it it was literally raw meat, all 3 pieces in both meals. I’m just hoping I dont end up with food poisoning from the first bite. Also messed up the sauces. I had to microwave the chicken so they would be cooked. Feeling disgusted

Been here many times the past few weeks and every time they have gotten my order wrong. How hard is it to get a simple two meal order right? Especially when the employees openly lie to my face about everything being in the bag when everything is indeed not there. This place sucks avoid it like the plague and go eat anywhere else.

Just tried to get my kids an after school treat and waited 40 minutes to get half of the food we ordered. When I asked for my receipt to see what happened, the woman gave me a receipt with 35 sauces I didn’t order or get. When I asked why, she said it was for their inventory. She couldn’t understand what I was saying, nor could the manager. Worst experience, and we are going to get food somewhere else after waiting so long for crappy food. I will never go back.

2 cars in front of me but the line took 20 minutes, none of the staff spoke english in the state of utah and they messed my order up worse than i thought possible.

No towel paper in the bathroom, I ask and the manager said out loud yes we have tissue paper in the bathroom but I know wasn't.

We love that they still have a few deals we love. They are fast.
The only struggle we have is they always put cheese on the Jr cheese burger even when we ask them not to. We usually say pleas make the hamburger plain just bun meat patty and ketchup. We 80% of the time get cheese on the order.

Their fries are hard like rock. They are always reheated. I called to complain and the manager hung up on me. This does not happen in other locations. In the Highland Utah location I always have this problem.
