Went here with co-workers a few times with the intent of making it a regular thing. Ordered on the kiosk, girl behind the counter was annoyed that we used the kiosk and they were out of everything we ordered. Figured they had an off day, so we went another day on break and the girl behind the counter was now annoyed that we didn’t use the kiosk…and of course they were out of everything. Place is dookie. Mainly due to the lazy, piss poor attitude of the two women behind the counter.

I look forward to my good morning greetings and coffee from Callista and Jacky. 0430 can be tough to get good coffee, so I appreciate their operating hours and the convenience if you have access to HILL AFB. There is WiFi and plenty of booths and tables to chill or knock out some homework. There is an outdoor patio as well. There is no drive thru btw, as this used to be a chow hall back in the day; there is plenty of parking however. The mens bathroom is always clean and always smells like bleach and lavender…my favorite clean smell. Download the Dunkin’ App and take advantage of the 100 points when you preorder on Mondays. There is also lots of deals and freebies available. I’m glad y’all moved to the east side of the base :-)

WHAT IS WITH CLUB MUSIC BLASTING SO LOUD? It’s so rude, you can’t hear the attendant and frankly it’s embarrassing and annoying. I have never experienced anything like it.
Doughnuts were cold, like they were just pulled from a refrigerator.. this was at 730am.

Overpriced frozen donuts and chemical tasting coffee. An employee said the donuts are thawed out overnight without baking, plus the coffee taste like chemicals in the morning as if they pour a cleaning solution to clean the pots instead of scrubbing them

Jackie and Calista are two of the sweetest and kindest people. And honestly two of my favorite employees there Whenever they are working I noticed how smoothly things run and how organized they both are. I absolutely love seeing them when I go in for my morning coffee and getting to talk. They remember their customers and know all of their favorites.

Jackie and Calista are angels on this earth. they make the best coffees, best food, and they have the best recommendations. id come in here every day just to hang with them omf. so awesome, and the vibes are always immaculate. i love it here

Staff and place are fantastic. Always friendly, polite, and quick. Though I don't blame the location, Dunkin's prices are out of control. 7$ for a coffee? 2$ for a doughnut? These costs are ridiculous. A sugar drink shouldnt be comparable to a full meal price
