The employees here were giving rude looks at me and my sister after we went back up for a new drink after the first one was absolutely putrid. I don’t even think whatever they did with that drink should be allowed to sell. Even after that, me and my sister got the second drink which was a Mocha Frap because we thought that was a safe option but it turned out tasting like straight black coffee and was completely unblended. We decided to sit down at a table a little bit away from the counter and the two women in the back were gossiping as loud as they could, and we could hear every word.

I came here and I got a drink and it tasted awful. I didn’t say anything about it because I didn’t care that much. But I walked up and ordered something different later and they didn’t blend my drink at all it was just coffee with the adding all in the side of the cup. I didn’t understand the pettiness? She looked at me angry when I ordered again.

I understand the need to close early, but if your going to then need to shut down orders to be able to be made online! Says open until 4, made order at 3 and husband went to go get it and yall were closed. Now I have to wait 3-5 Business Days for my refund and it's a Friday, so can take between Wed of next week until Monday of the next. Extremely inconvenient for the customer to now be out of money and not receive it for possible a week and half! DO BETTER!

Ordered a summer berry refresher. Immediately noticed that it had just 4 pearls in it total compared to the advertisement that showed the bottom of the glass laden with raspberry pearls. The server told me they were close to running out… so what I was hearing was that they had a supply issue and the solution was to compromise their standards!!! Not earning my business again.

This is the only Starbucks that still makes the brown sugar oatmilk latte as good as it was when it was first released. It actually tastes like coffee instead of just flavored oat milk. SO GOOD and always consistent. The baristas are super nice and friendly too.
