I ordered the fiery pepper jack and bacon chicken sandwich and while the flavor was good, the bacon I got was very disappointing and as I was on lunch.. I couldn't really wait in the line again to have them fix it so I'm complaining on here. Is this really your bacon and your bacon portions or did I just get unlucky. I'm not sure I will return to this location. It is an 8 dollar sandwich. Picture attached.

with fewer and fewer places to eat on base. I end up going back to BK hoping that they won't make me sick again. when will I ever learn. all of their chicken sandwiches taste just like the wrapper, so be careful you don't actually eat the wrapper. but what ends up making me sick is usually the onion rings. I don't think they change the fry oil enough, and they don't cook them long enough. I would not feel bad if they fired the person who fails to change the oil along with the manager.

It's BK. The restaurant was clean, meal prep was quick and the fry sauce was pretty tasty. I ordered a salad because it was on the menu, but was told that they have not served salads for months. The woman that took my order didn't respond when I asked her why they were still on the menu. I had a fish sandwich instead and I could barely see the fish underneath the bun. I remember when the fish used to stick out all around the bun. And - no cheese - I used to have to tell them to not put cheese on the fish sandwich.

I haven't ate at BK. For years. Worked for 3 different franchises in different states. Including here in utah. Was every thing from a manager to the night closer. When they changed how they do their hold times I quit. Fries were older then me. Didn't watch but i think they reheated my chicken sandwich in the microwave to make the cheese i requested to melt. Other wise the sandwich was luke warm. Did I complain. I was to hungry. Will i be back. Never
