Charleys Cheesesteaks

I don’t know what her name is but she’s short with glasses ethnicity Asian, and she was very rude while I was trying to order. I’d never get food from this place because of her.

Good food!

It’s Charley’s and it’s on base. Is it the best Philly cheese steak ever, probably not. Is it damn good, absolutely! $14 for a sandwich and gourmet (bacon & cheese) fries, I had my own water. Coulda opted for extra meat ($2.99 more) or a combo ($5 ish more). Pics r half eaten - so portion size is plenty. Got here before 11 am and still some wait time, only got busier as the lunch hour approached. Some folks appeared to be “cutting the line”, but no, they ordered online - a time saver!

Worker was yelling at the line telling us to go to subway and being extremely rude.

Okay food. Great service. I ordered small Philly Cheese thinking all were beef, but.... received chicken? Serving size was ample.

We ate at Charley’s Hill AFB on 1/6/24. I want to give Michael a HUGE shoutout! He is what customer service is all about! First he offered to make some fresh brewed icetea (apparently not made on Saturday) and then he made sure our meal and fries were exactly how we wanted them. He was friendly and kind. His co-worker, Jane, needs to take some lessons on customer service. She scolded him in front of customers about making and wasting tea & said he couldn’t make it for one person. However others in line then said they wanted icetea also. Luckily Michael still made it for several of us. She then told him he was talking too loud and she couldn’t hear to take orders from other customers. It is noted that the noise from the fan above the grill is loud and we personally did not think he was overly loud. He cooked our food to perfection, made fresh fries and even offered to give us a little mayo/ketchup for fry sauce if we wanted. Please give him praise and let Jane know that kindness goes a long way!

They used to be open till 5 or 6. They were still busy during this time frame. Now there only open till 3pm. People still need to eat! Change your hours back!

We got cheese fries, more like cheese soup. We couldn't even eat them. And the woman in the red shirt kept screaming at the guy running the grill.

One of my favorite SUB!! Unfortunately, I cannot come in the military BASE. How the hell I can get them? Just wondering

Food is good, but you better have an 1 1/2 lunch! Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon slow every time I go.

This location would be the best in my opinion if you want to get high blood pressure fast but not too easy (there is too much salt and i got nauseous).EDIT: wrong location i meant the one in the valley fair mall
