This Popeyes was a disappointment, waited 10 mins for someone to take my order. Employees kept passing and never once did someone say I will be right with you. Super slow service. Took 45 mins for us to get our food. Dinning area was dirty and trash bins were over flowing. You can tell when employees don’t care. They would hide in the back of there was no orders. I would never come back because of the bad customer service.

Food tastes fine but then the food poisoning. Restaurants that can't have the decency to maintain proper food handling standards and food prep such as this deserve bad reviews.

Hadn't been here in a while and now I remember why. My chicken straps were so thin. So thin! Fries were barely warm.

Best Popeyes in state

Usually don't have much to complain about with Popeyes, but I didn't enjoy today's experience. Placed a mobile order, arrived five minutes before the scheduled time and my food was already on the counter. I have to wonder for how long because when I got to eating, my chicken was cold and coleslaw barely chilled. The chicken was done, but seemed under fried somehow. The breading was closer to white than golden brown which, coupled with the temperature of the food, was unappetizing. At the very least, I won't place a scheduled mobile order again; I'll just order at the counter.

Always a treat. One of the best locations and also one of the first in Utah.

I like their chicken strip, and their biscuits. their sides have a southern flavor, so some of them take some getting used to.

I live on post, so it's close to home, but they always get our order wrong

My family and I stop at Popeyes at the Hills AFB located at the Marathon gas station just inside the gate. I order 2 kids strip meals and a 16 piece bundle meal. They told me that the only way they can give me the 16 piece bundle is making it half spicy and half original because the other chicken won’t be ready to fry up till tomorrow. They also didn’t have legs or thighs but gave us 4 additional wings and only charge us for a 12 piece bundle instead of a 16 piece because the shortage of legs and thighs. They told us it would be 20 minutes but after 42 minutes I bang on the door to find out what happen to my food. They were apparently closed and have everything shut down and they were cleaning up. They apparently forgot about us and got us our food. They threw 3 small strawberry cheesecake in our meal for free which that was nice only to find out they we were missing our biscuit, beans and rice, our fries, and the kids drink. I turn the vehicle around and pull in only to bank on their door again but this time they wasn’t responding. I walk up to the drive thru window to ask for the items that we were missing. They gave the kids drinks but no biscuit because they burnt it and threw it away. When it came to fries they wanted me to come back tomorrow to get it but they was going to let their manager know that they mess up my order and I would get a free meal. I told them that I am not going to drive up here again all the way from Saratoga Springs because that is where I live at and I needed the fries for my children because 1) I pay for it and 2) my children requested it. So they said they would give me some fries but it would be 4 more minutes. They came out with the fries. We thank them and left. We arrive home within 45 minutes after leaving the base only to find out that our chicken tasted like oil grease. It was the worst meal I ate and the service really suck but hey at least the staff was friendly. I still didn’t get my red beans and rice either along with other things we got shorted on. It’s always better to go in to make sure you get everything you order. This Popeyes shouldn’t been open with lack of staff of trying to run the store. Just give my money back and we will call it even.

The staff here are nice and it was easy to get food. We ordered at 10:50 and there wasn't a line.
