I had an atrocious experience here based on an employees error and treated like a garbage today. I was told any sandwich can be bought on a coupon the last time I came to this very subway. First the cashier said the coupon isn't expired and didn't know what was wrong it wouldn't work. Then the another person the same person who told me the coupon was for any sandwich last time told me I couldn't use it after the sandwich was already made. They wanted me to pay almost $7.00 more for this. It was said like this you can't pay $12.87 for it?! I said no I would have bought something else if I knew. I was given the death stare repeatedly and head shakes in front of other customers and other people sitting to eat. I work with some of these people. I said I don't know what to do here. It's not my error. I literally got bad information from an employee the same employee who is now treating me like garbage. It gets worse they bring another person to the stage and they say you can only do what the coupon says. Yes I get it...you can have the sandwich then. Your welcome an employee probably wanted it for lunch anyways. They're rude here! I'm not a punching bag. Get your own facts straight. We come here out of convenience and they know it so they have no problem treating you like anything but a customer. I'm over it! The general manager needs to handle this. Its an issue at Burger King too.

CAREFUL! The old, hefty white chick will get super angry with you if you order more than 2 subs at a time. She’ll throw a huge tantrum. If you hate your job that much… time to find something else to do.

Holy SLOW!! The teens behind the counter don’t seem to know how to move with purpose. The bread was very old- visited at 1216 on 12/22.

I was here yesterday 9-19-2024 at around 10:40 am. To my knowledge I was their first customer being they open at 10:30am and there was no other customers. I ordered a 12" Tuna sandwich and I usually get four good sized scoops of tuna but yesterday I got basically 3.25 scoops because that was all the tuna that was left and the lady was literally just trying to scrape the sides clean. I was already dissatisfied but just told myself to forget it and move on.
I got my sandwich and sat down to eat and upon my first bite their was something very wrong. It tasted sour! I wasn't sure if it was the condiments or the tuna so I just picked off a finger full of tuna and yep, it was the tuna. Sour tuna. It must have been left out overnight is my guess but their was so little left anyways they should have just thrown it away being I didn't even get four scoops and was their first customer.
Sad part is I go there every Wednesday with my coworkers. Their sandwiches were fine but mine wasn't. I do not want to go here ever again, absolutely disgusting.
If a manager could please contact me that would be great. I've been going here for years and it's sad this experience has made me not want to go.

Tasty! And also I recommend the sidekicks, the pretzel sidekick is SO GOOD. Also the footlong cookie is so smooth and soft! Love it here.
Kid-friendliness: They will take you order no matter how old you are! (Not saying that a 1 year old can just walk up to subway and order a sandwich, I mean like 8-10+)

Kim was pretty rude today, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and she said they were short on rotisserie chicken so wanted to give me strips I wanted rotisserie cause that's what it comes with and i pointed that out to her so she skimped me on my chicken on half of my sandwich and pulled out another container of chicken after she made mine? If you have the product and it's what I'm ordering why skimp me and huff and puff? Thanks Kim

If I could give this Subway 0 stars I would. Train your employees FULLY before leaving them alone to make subs!!! Watch them and make sure they make subs correctly! My sub was so messy and nasty that EVERYTHING fell through the bottom of the bread and you can tell the girl making the sub is new. That's not fair for your employee or the customer's. It's not the first time I have had issues with the food here.

Line might be long, but the people that make your sandwich are great.
The spot is wonderful and roomy, the meals was delicious and the rates were very fair. quick, productive service and very attentive waiters. I highly recommend this place.

Went to subway today. I think they are trying to compete with jimmy johns. There was 4 slices of turkey on it, and very few veggies. Not going back!
