Best decision I made for my daughter's wedding. She wanted charcuterie boards and can I say how gorgeous these were! The display and variety of food was fabulous. Everything I ate was delicious.
Jay came and set up and helped take down. He was on time and pleasant to work with. After our initial call, we communicated through email and he was always quick to respond.
I highly recommend working with The Lovin' Cup. Thanks Jay!
Wow!I can’t even express what a great experience we had working with Jay and The Loving Cup.Our wants and needs were (imo) overly needy and a bit excessive but Jay was awesome about it and had wonderful suggestions that really helped. Not only was the communication and cooperation great but the food was AMAZING.All of our guests were impressed and the event was a total success.I will definitely be usingThe Loving Cup for my needs in the future. We can’t thank them enough. I’d give them 6 stars if possible!
Jay has always been great with his food handling. He has catered several times for the company I work for and it has always been outstanding. His chowder is the best I have had and his gumbo that he makes is to die for. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Jay and his crew are top notch, great to work with and have a great menu.
Would highly recommend!!
Tried to hire for catering. At one point I offered to pick up the order but he said there’s no place to pick up. Our colleague that called to pay for our event did so at 2PM and you said you were already home and wouldn’t take the payment. If you stop working then, when can you be contacted? To be clear, no one called you after hours, you were texted. Silence your phone and text back when you can. That’s what most people do or don’t publish your number on your website!Another thing to work on, is stick with what you say. You originally said we needed to pay a “down payment” to book you which turned in to wanting “payment in full” before you’d do anything? Just because a budget was mentioned?!? You don’t know the budget! That’s when you told us to “save some money” and go to Costco, you really showed what kind of caterer you are! Apparently, one who doesn’t need business. The budget was $1000+ FYI.We contacted another caterer who was pleased to help make charcuterie cups (with fruit) along with other table grazing items AND desserts that are fun and seasonal. She made amazing suggestions! You were asked for fun and seasonal, to which you said, “go see my menu”. Aren’t caterers supposed to think outside the box to “cater” to the requests and take care of the details? You say on your website that you “love” feeding people? Really? I even sent a sample picture of what we wanted. How hard is that?Grazing tables, charcuterie cups, appetizer bars, and mini foods are trending so maybe consider offering them instead giving paying customers a hard time…or sending them off to Costco.
Fresh and delicious, everything on the menu is amazing and Jay is great to work with.Highly recommend.
I am at the event, eating the food right now, and had to leave a review. 10 stars. ??Chicken, rice, cookies, and side dishes. It was amazing. Thank you!
We had The Lovin' Cup cater a large family party at our home. Jay was great to work with. He is very responsive and professional. The food was excellent! We would definitely use their service again for our catering needs.
Everything was great. Kids loved the french toast and biscuits and gravy we're a hit all around. Nice to have a place with breakfast food up here
