NEVER STOP HERE! Single worst restaurant experience of my life, and I'm including the time I've had food poisoning. waited over 40 minutes for 4 meals. Everyone else in line both in front of me and that came in 20 minutes after me got their food but I didn't. No weird order, just 4 combos from the menu. A door dash delivery person mentioned to me that they're routinely just slow here, no one on the staff cares. Once finally served,I asked the shift lead if she thought a refund was appropriate for a 40 min wait. The shift lead then smashed all the food on the floor, told me I wasn't getting a refund, so we left.
Corporate was very accommodating in a refund.
Wendy's is across the street and I was in and out of there in 6 minutes for almost half the cost.

Wheelchair accessibility: Would probably tease those in wheelchairs

Came through the drive through with my husband he was trying to order. The woman spoke to more than once and miss heard the order. When she read it back he corrected her she said and I quote "would've been nice to know what you actually wanted before I put the whole order in" as we go to pull out of the drive thru not wanting Arby's anymore. She flipped us off and threw herself out of the window and screamed at us saying many many inappropriate words. Then as we drive off to get the number of the owner or district manager and they supposedly don't have one. We will never be eating here again. I'm sure they will take this down but it needed to be said. DO NOT EAT HERE

There were 3 people waiting to receive their order. It took several minutes for my friend's order to be taken and then 10 minutes to get my order taken. The cashier, Carla, acted as if the whole job was inconvenient. My friend had finished her meal before I got mine. No one else was there after me. Will not go back there.

I got a beef slider! So good but so tiny for 2 dollars and you should get two ? but it's really tummy ?

My daughter and I stopped here to grab some lunch to go on our trip from Kanab, Utah to Las Vegas. We enjoyed the food and service. The roast beef sandwich, chicken sandwich, potato wedges, fries and chicken nuggets were very good.
Literally the worst burger ever on my end ( I had the roast beef one). My wife's burger was cold, only the little one with the chicken burger was ok.... The service was nice though.
