We ordered sweet pork salads, and were a little thrown off when the cheese was shredded, not cojita. One of us asked for extra tortilla strips on our salad, and that salad was noticeably shorted on lettuce. Weird things that we can move past, but after that it was one thing after the other. We ordered extra tortillas with our food, and did not get them. When we asked an employee she said “I can’t help you, I’m doing to-go orders”. The line was very long, so we waited until the cashier had a moment to ask about the tortillas. When we did she was called away to help assist a to-go order that was messed up. I’m glad the lady in charge of to-go was there though to supervise! After we finally sat down to eat, there was one employee sweeping the dining room—which is fine—but she *consistently* kept hitting our feet trying to sweep under our table (which had next to nothing under it). And for the cherry on top, an employee on break was picking his nose in the corner of the dining room! As memorable as this was, we won’t be back :(
Very slow service and VERY dirty. The staff were scattered and unorganized. Behind the line was so dirty it looked unsanitary.
Great service and food employee are so helpfull
Cougar Flemming was an amazing help to me today, he sold me a cookie
cougar Flemming was helpful
In all realism the quesadilla looked like Indian street food served on a plate. The service was quite 50/50 due to them being nice at the start but when I asked for a water cup I felt no joy from their face at all. Many dirty tables in sight. I’ve been here many times and get disappointed in some way all the time.
I wish I could copy paste my review from their stores site where I left my previous review. But this is the second time we were served queso looking like this. It was cold, grainy, awkwardly thick, and absolutely 100% OLD. (I really wish I got a video of me running a spoon through it to just show the texture🤢) You do not get old, crusty rings along the side if it is even close to fresh. The staff were rude and poorly trained at the drive thru tonight. Asking, “is that it” after every meal or edit I’m making to that meal is so beyond rude and would have anyone feeling rushed. I’m very pregnant and was really looking forward to that queso. So maybe I am a bit more bitter, but more than once this has happened with poor food quality. I can almost guarantee they scraped the bottom of the pot, burnt bits and old, dried out bits along the side, into the overpriced, tiny cup we were served. I don’t care spending a pretty penny for good food. But this was not good food and unfortunately not work our money tonight.
I can easily adapt their options to my dietary restrictions. The food is always delicious.
The drive thru is the way to go! They are very fast and efficient.
Good place for a fast lunch...

Just another place I will not eat at any longer. Smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten at Costa Vida… for $11 I should at least get some sweet pork in every bite, one pinch in the middle and that’s it. Don’t bother going, not worth it.

Drive through service with Nick was very nice. Felt like I was speaking with a real human on the other end.

Honestly I don't know why we keep going expecting it to get better. The chicken tacos and the burrito hardly had any meat in them. The burrito was wrapped poorly. The salad could have used more lettuce and meat. I feel like they just keep cutting down serving sizes and charging more.

Shrimp tacos an absolute rip off and disgusting. What they advertise versus what they actually served
