Had an employee (I think his name was Paul) who really brightened up my day. I've been on the road for a few days, travelling from PA and today was a bit rough drive-wise and he really cheated me up with his bright smile and simple jokes. Six out of five stars ☺️

Stopped here on a whim during a road trip all the way from Pennsylvania. The place was nice, service was quick, and the star of the show is their employee Paul. He was kind, friendly, and really went above and beyond anything I've seen from a fast food worker. Even seeing him interact with other guests, his smile never dropped and he was incredibly outgoing and friendly. Dairy Queen take note, hire more people like Paul

I hadn't had a DQ burger in over 15 years! The employees were very nice. The burger was good but I could not shake the cockroach that was running around my table. Gross!

Im so beyond disappointed- I've waited several days to make this post I was trying to go through the store themselves, so I didn't had few to make it put luv but no one has called me back so... I've left my number a couple times for the general manager nothing so I am now going to let y'all know the trash experience that my husband and I had.

So the other day we go in after ordering online the food is all packed in one bag, mind you we have a slightly large order so that alone was not the greatest idea also we had a couple drinks and Shakes and there was no drink carrier given or offered. My husband was the one that went in and they just watched him struggle and did nothing to assist. I didn't see him until he came out of the store but as he came out because he was struggling the bag tore and the food went everywhere it was a humiliation in front of everybody it was a loss of $40 in food because now the food is all over the ground and I can't get a simple phone call from the general manager to AT LEAST apologize, so yeah I'm pretty upset about this place.

We went at a busy time. I get that. However, the food was mediocre at best. We were dining in and people that sat down at least 10 minutes after us with their number got their food before us. My husband went up to the counter to check on our order. He came right back with it and it was bagged to go - they handed it right to him,which explains the lukewarm temp of the food. It was sitting there for who knows how long. I realize this isn’t fine dining but there’s no excuse. Management needs to train the staff to do better.
