Im so beyond disappointed- I've waited several days to make this post I was trying to go through the store themselves, so I didn't had few to make it put luv but no one has called me back so... I've left my number a couple times for the general manager nothing so I am now going to let y'all know the trash experience that my husband and I had.
So the other day we go in after ordering online the food is all packed in one bag, mind you we have a slightly large order so that alone was not the greatest idea also we had a couple drinks and Shakes and there was no drink carrier given or offered. My husband was the one that went in and they just watched him struggle and did nothing to assist. I didn't see him until he came out of the store but as he came out because he was struggling the bag tore and the food went everywhere it was a humiliation in front of everybody it was a loss of $40 in food because now the food is all over the ground and I can't get a simple phone call from the general manager to AT LEAST apologize, so yeah I'm pretty upset about this place.

We went at a busy time. I get that. However, the food was mediocre at best. We were dining in and people that sat down at least 10 minutes after us with their number got their food before us. My husband went up to the counter to check on our order. He came right back with it and it was bagged to go - they handed it right to him,which explains the lukewarm temp of the food. It was sitting there for who knows how long. I realize this isn’t fine dining but there’s no excuse. Management needs to train the staff to do better.

We unfortunately won't be eating here again. I specifically asked if could order the saucy strips without fries and was told yes. I ordered a couple 4 pieces and a 6 piece. When our food was brought to us we got multiple 2 piece, super small strips with no sauce. When we went to get the sauce we were charged for them. Not to mention our bill was 80 bucks. 2 burger, cheese curds, and chicken tenders! Never again. We use to eat here faithfully.
