Absolutely amazing experience at this Del Taco! It was late, around 9 PM, and we had a pretty tricky order since we’re sticking to keto — basically just beef patties, cheese, and sauce. Ruben was the MVP of the night. He totally understood what we needed, got everything spot on, and even loaded us up with extra sauce and napkins. Super polite, professional, and honestly made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Big shout-out to Ruben for clutching up — an absolute W of a visit!

Did order on app... got there and decided I wanted to order more food, which took forever .... in the meantime, allowed my online order to get cold. Got home, low and behold,order was made wrong
This place has gone downhill since they first opened. When they first opened the food was amazing the crisp tacos were my favorite. That being said the last couple times I got crisp tacos here, the taco shells were stale and soggy. The first time this happened I was upset and thought it was a one time thing. The second time this happened to me when I bought 20 crisp tacos for a birthday party and every single one was stale and soggy. I will include a photo of how the tacos fold like a soft shell taco. I don’t know if management changed or what happened but this place is no longer a place to eat at in Hurricane. Do not go here.

I drive home from Virgin for work at night. I usually stop off at this Del taco and the night crew is always so nice to me and very good at communicating if it takes a while and they’re very nice one of the best fast food services I’ve ever had.
