We recently tried the Italian Desert ice, and it was absolutely delicious. The texture was smooth and creamy. What stood out most was its balanced flavor—not too sweet, just perfectly rich and authentic as well as you get to choose two different flavours. We tried the piña colada, chocolate, mango and lemon. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. A refreshing treat with such a hot temperature at Zion National Park. Highly recommended!

This is a nice refreshing place to cool off with some icy treats after a long day of hiking in Zion National Park. The store is in a food truck setup, but coming soon is Desert Ice's own brick and mortar store. We all loved our desert Ice!

Simply EXCELLENT. You just have to try it before or after your hike! My husband and I had finished an eventful 7 hour day at Zion and we were craving something cold and refreshing so bad on the way out of the park… We kept asking each other: “wouldn’t it be perfect if there were some icees here??” Low and behold… we looked over and saw the cute Desert Ice truck. It was like a dream come true. All their flavors sounded so delightful but we ended up with the mango Italian ice! Wow did it hit the spot! Absolutely delicious, refreshing, & beautiful presentation. My only regret is that I didn’t order a few more lol.. but we will be back 😍 also shout out to Annie for being so wonderful & kind!

Might actually be the best ice I've ever had. You can get two flavours in one, plus they seem to add little fruit pieces to enhance the flavour. It tasted amazing after doing Angel's Landing. They have a tip option before you even get your ice though.

Easily the best Italian ice this side of the Mississippi. The mango and strawberry tasted so great. It’s really easy to tell that there’s fresh fruit used in the ice. Highly recommend. I’ll be back tomorrow.
