What an amazing experience! I am a bit of a water ice snob and their stuff was AMAZING! They use real ingredients and make it themselves. The owners Xander and Annie are the coolest people you’ll meet. It literally made our whole trip meeting them between the most delicious Italian ice after each hike and all the local recommendations they gave us….. thank you guys so much and can’t wait to come back and see you again!

The Best Italian Ice/Desert Ice ever! They have so many different flavors, texture is soft and smooth - something that I had never had before. Extremely delicious, refreshing and light. And they make a beautiful flower out of the desert ice when serving. See picture. When you are in Zion/Utah - A must have. Can’t forget about this item - so so good!
